"Our reservation was for 5:30 and we didn't get our food until 7. We were from out of town so this was quite annoying as it was a Sunday evening and we were anxious to get home. Our server was friendly but was socializing with other staff more than focusing on her guests. Not the best experience. Waited for our food, waited for our bill, waited to have it split up which could have been dealt with from the beginning. Just poor service. It's too bad because it looks like a decent place."

"The service we had was very good, friendly and joked with us. The pasta dishes we had were delicious and and the ceaser drinks I had were very good, and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant is very spacious and inviting, however I found that alot of noise from the bar area carried into the dining room which was very loud at times and not a very quiet dining experience. I would definitely dine here again as I live here, and overall it was a great night out.."

"We are regulars at Carpaccio's. This night was a birthday in our group.....we had that in the reservation.....it go missed.....I believe the waiter did know as our usual waiter (Jimmy) came by kissed and wished.
Sometimes its the little things......boo hoo.
The restaurant was busy....and we found the service a bit slow."

"the food and presentation was great! But related to the high pricee, the ambiance was not relaxing enough for me to want to go back. it feels like there is confusion as to what they want the restaurant to be in style- open cooking station is nice but not for fine dining. the colour scheme and prices seems fine dining, but the something feels cold. the tables and booths just lined up ,and the noise and open kitchen feel cafeteria style. If some asks me, I would recommnend it for nice food, but not for the elegant atmosphere and not for value pricing."

"We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday with a group of friends and family. I mentioned in my notes that it was his birthday when booking the reservation on open table. The hostess greeted us by wishing him a happy birthday, followed by the waitress, manager, and delicious dessert to finish of the evening. Great dinner, wine, and exeperience. We highly recommend this restuaruant to anyone visiting Niagara Falls! Thank you!"

The pizza was good, the cesar salad dressing seemed like it came out of a jar and was very over dressed.
The Spagetti Carbornara was tasty but had an extreme amount of pepper in the sauce.
The kids enjoyed the pasta and the pizza.
My wife is itlian and we are maybe a little picky when it comes to italian food.
Over all nice reataurant with nice people and mediocre food. Price was reasonable"
