Owner-Chef Marco Cudazzo and his lovely wife Rosetta take great pride in their quaint dining establishment. Born in the city of Ortona, Italy, on the Adriatic Sea, Chef Marco Cudazzo knows cuisine. "Linguine vongole as an appetizer was excellent. Nice spicy sauce, fresh clams and linguine prepared nicely al dente. Veal entree was very tender, with a lovely white sauce. Nice cheese and prosciutto.
And Angela was an excellent server.
Very pleased!"

"We were very pleased withour dinnr at Adriatico Trattoria Italiana. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and felt like a neighborhood restaurant in Italy would feel like. This was very important to us, as we are preparing for a trip to Italy and wanted to experience an Italian Trattoria in advance of our trip. The food was fresh, prepared perfectly, and delicious. The wait staff was friely ad attentive. We highly recommend Adriatico."

"We arrived approximately 20 minutes early for my reservation and were enthusiatically greeted by the staff. The third member of my party had not arrived yet and we were told it was not a problem. The staff provided impeccable service, attending to our every need. We each had a different entree to sample 3 different dinners. The food is simply outstanding. Every one must go here for dinner at least once and have a truly wonderful dining experience."

"The absolute best Italian restaurant anywhere. I've sent 18 people to Adriatico's and every one of them said the same thing and have recommended it to their friends. Marco is now listed in America's Best Chefs and rightfully so. His dishes are unique and wonderfully prepared (especially his roasted vegetables). Do try the Salmon Creamonaise, and Paccheril Almalfi."

"This has to be one of my favorite places to eat! I always feel like i am in Italy at this place, the owner and his wife greet you when you first come in and check in with you every so often. There Calamari and lobster Ravioli is the best i have ever had and always brings me back monthly. If you are a regular ask the owner for a Wine card, after five visits of drinking wine you will get a free bottle of their house wine on your six visit. I highly recommend this place for special occasions or just for a quaint dinner out with your special one."
