Sub Zero Vodka Bar is known for having the largest vodka selection in the country and offering sushi and New American Burger menus until last call nightly. Menu options include lamb, turkey, vegetarian and American Kobe beef burgers, a wide selection of traditional and non-traditional makimono, nigiri, and sashimi as well as an extensive martini and cocktail list.
"Some of the best bloody mary's in the country and fantastic sushi! Of course my wife wanted to go to Sub Zero for Mother's Day, who wouldn't? Never a disappointment and always a good atmosphere."

"I signed up for the vodka club after hearing about it at lunch from a nice barkeep, and made a reservation for my birthday (where they gave me a free bottle of the day which happened to be Absolut) for the special dinner which didn't take place, but the 3 of us enjoyed the regular menu and had a great vodka from the servers recommendation. She didn't recommend the bread pudding and now we don't either, but the other food was great, and the drinks good. Overpriced, but what isn't in that area. I'd go again for the food 1st, drinks 2nd, and atmosphere 3rd, but they were all very good."

"We received a gift card and it was the first time we visited. We enjoyed the restaurant and the burgers in a quiet atmosphere (early dinner). Next time we'll try a martini with friends."

"We love Sub Zero because they always make any less than fabulous aspect of the experience right. They are always eager to ensure the guest enjoys the drinks and the food. Staff are attentive without hovering. While not inexpensive, every dollar is well spent. The sushi, burgers and drinks are always delicious and we keep going back for more."

"Way too loud. Had to almost shout to be heard. We had to send back or have numerous food and drinks augmented as they did not come out as ordered. Cucumber salad was so spicy hot it was inedible. Edamame dip was unexpectedly spicy, also. Pickle Mary drink came without pickles, Caesar salad was anything but a Caesar salad, and green tea was a cup of hot water with green tea leaves in a vitamin bottle that anyone could have had who knows what dropped into it. There were six of us and dip was brought out to us with two plates. Menu is extensive, but unless you are a big fan of hamburgers or sushi, forget it. That's pretty much all they serve except for appetizers and salads."

"We always go to Sub Zero when we want the best sushi in town. It is always fresh, which is an absolute must for sushi fans, and that is often hard to find in the heart of the Midwest. Sub Zero also has many unusual varieties of alcohol and knows the proper way to serve them. If they don't have the variety you like, served just as you like it, they will go out of their way to modify it for you. They are a bit pricey, but they earn it."

"This is the first time I have ate at the Sub Zero Vodka Bar. I was only there once before for a drink. The drink selections are fabulous and our waitress was helpful describing some of the martinis. I had a homemade veggie burger, it was very good. Someone needs to tell the staff that when they serve one of the guests first with a salad, they should make sure the other guest has silverware/napkin. I should not have needed to ask someone else to get my setting."

"I met there for lunch and had the BBQ burger. It was cooked to perfection and the spicy edamame was the percent side. The portions were big so there was no room for dessert. My only complaint us that when sitting on the bench side of the table, I was far too short."

"I love Sub Zero and have been going there for years for their fantastic sushi. I made a reservation online for 8:30 this past Saturday and we arrived 30 minutes early to grab a drink before we got seated. We ended up not being seated until almost 9:15pm! I know they were busy, but 45 minutes behind is ridiculous and especially for a party of two. Food was great, so it was worth the wait, however a 45 minute wait is uncalled for when you have a reservation."

"I always love SubZero. They have the best so-called girly drinks around. Nothing beats the Chocolate Covered Banana, in my opinion. And the burgers are really good, and so is the sushi (I've heard, not a fan of sushi though)"

"I have to say I was disappointed mostly by the service. 1. One of my friends ordered a vodka which we were informed 15 minutes after ordering that they were out. 2. My husband was brought the wrong order and they had to remake his completely. 3. I ordered sushi but wasn't given soy sauce or utensils for several minutes after we were all served. I told everyone else to go ahead while I sat waiting for our waitress to come by. 4. The main issue was that it was only 6:30pm and the rstsurant wasn't crowded at all. I don't have much desire to go back."

"Possibly the widest selection of vodkas I have ever seen. The waitresses were well knowledged and very attractive. The menu isn't very broad, mostly burgers and sushi. However, all the food is absolutely delicious! I will definitely become a regular."

"Food was fantastic, we had 3 sushi rolls and each was very tasty. The drinks were refreshing and spot on. Our server was very attentive to our needs but was not pushy. Very good experience and we'll be back."
