"We are members and the food and service is going downhill since ownership changed a while back!! We waited over an hour for dinner and what we got was nothing like the menu stated and was tasteless..We had a party of 5 and all meals were a disappointment!"

"We stayed at the Silverado Resort, so we thought we'd try The Grill for lunch and dinner. The food was good, but nothing special. We were there on a weekday, so not too many people dining, mostly older folks, I think. With so few diners at the time that we dined, not sure why we got seated at the table with the blocked view. There are many wonderful restaurants in Napa; I would rather go eat somewhere else next time."

"Food was fantastic, but actually getting it was very slow. We ate there for breakfast two times. The waffles were very good. For dinner I had the Pollo Loco which was fantastic and my husband had the salmone. He said it was very good too. It took a long time to get our meal despite it always being only half full. The waiter was nice and gave us two free deserts. The creme bulee was delicious too.
We were staying at the hotel and got a deal that included free breakfast so we ate there for breakfast each morning. We decided to eat dinner there since we were tired from wine tasting all day and didn't want to brave the road at night after drinking earlier. Dinner there was a good choice."

"Food great, horrible service, hostess not present then was on phone checking on kids, bartender could not make Mai Tai and that was after 10 minute wait, she had whole bar service and a lot of tickets waiting on her to serve restaurant...then once seated no server, they were busy trying to clean up to leave, after 10 minutes I got up and found someone else to help us...through all that the food was really good...what a shame"

"Arrived for our reservation 5 minutes early, were told that they were resetting the table. A quarter of the tables were available, but we were made to wait 20 minutes. Food was very mediocre. Restaurant is highly rated but seem to be living on memories."
