"Food was wonderful Service great 15 dollars for a glass of chianti was too much Drove cost to over 120 dollars for two For fabulous pasta salad shared and salmon No coffee no desert For a $$ rated place to eat Loved the cosmopolitan hotel"

"The techno music was too loud and we couldn't hear each other. We left early! Pizza was good, but not worth going to that awful Cosmopolitan. It is quite lowlife environment. Most young party people and the space is very dark! The restaurant felt abandoned and soulless."

"We were very disappointed with this restaurant - we spent just shy of $400 and I only managed one bite of my risotto. Our waiter was kindly & sincere but utterly clueless about Italian food & about the wine list. Our appetizers were burnt and bland. My husband ate his dinner but I could only eat the first mouthful of risotto - it was a big brown congealed clump with absolutely no taste -inedible. Because it was a special occasion and I had no wish to make a scene, I said nothing but neither the waiter nor the busboy acknowledged that they took away an untouched plate of food from our table. We would not recommend this restaurant; total rip-off and with so many other great restaurants in Vegas, it's a wonder this place is still open!"

"A long narrow dining room with the bar on one side, and only enough room for two rows of tables. Our waiter was just not having a good night, or simply should not be in the restaurant business, as he was very timid and I could barely hear him. We were there early and there were only two tables with diners. They sat the very next party of 4 right next to us, in an empty restaurant. To top it off, that party was so very loud, it was even more difficult to hear the waiter. Tried to order a bottle of wine, but the wine list was so over priced we had cocktails instead. What saved the evening a little, was the fact that everything we ordered food wise, was good. Too many great places in Vegas to eat, so we will not return."

"This is an Italian gem in the new Cosmopolitan Hotel on the Vegas strip. Scott Conant has a winner with the food, wine selection and location. The food was fantastic and not just the run of the mill Italian. Fantastic selections of regional Italian cuisine and hand made pasta. The deserts alone would be worth a late night trip with some desert wine or port. While the noise level can get a little high, if you want a quieter experience, dine on the outside of the restaurant in the indoor courtyard. You won't go wrong with this selection."

"My favorite hotel in Vegas is the Cosmopolitan because of its refined opulence, high energy and attention to detail. Against this backdrop, DOCG Enoteca fits right in. Excellent food (I highly recommend the arachini appetizer and the pasta with black truffle and duck sauce), and a classy/casual, high-energy environment. Only knock I suppose is the absence of any mid-priced bottles of wine ($60-$80), but I suppose that's par for the course in a high-end Vegas hotel, and they offer good mid-priced wines by the glass. If you're looking for a creative, classy and tasty Italian, give this place a go."

"We had high expectations for this restaurant and unfortunately they were not met. The hostess and our waiter seemed inconvienced to be there. The food was decent but being from Chicago where you can find amazing food any time of the day we have had better pork chops and chicken. The table next to us did not finish or care for their Gnudi. They didn't ask for anything else but just didn't finish. The waiter was rolling his eyes at them. Overall we thought it be better since Scott Conant seems pretty tough as a judge on Chopped."

"The savory food was delicious, the cocktails well executed, the service is good and friendly overall. The docg pizza is a must try, ask for burrata cheese (they have it). I was not impressed by the tiramisu, but I will give the restaurant and another dessert another go for sure. Overall a really good experience."

"This is a casual bar/restaurant spot that opens into a busy public space; it can be a little noisy. Wine list is interesting but pricey. Menu is Italian with nice variety including pizza. Great selection of cheeses and cured meats for appetizers. An entree of scallops and another of pappardelle with mushroom ragout were outstanding. Staff were amiable and attentive without being annoying. You won't regret saving room for desert."

"The specialty of this restaurant is their pizza dough. It is soft without being doughy and I have never tasted anything like it and I will forever be Dissapointed with every other pizza I have. Not only was the crust beautiful but the toppings of mushrooms and truffle oil were divine. My wife had the scallops which were cooked perfectly and delicous as well. Also should note the balsamic given to dip your bread in was not your generic store brand. It was full of robust flavors and truly delicous in itself. Restaurant has an upscale casual feel with upbeat music playing. Will definently be back."

"We were celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary and thought this would be a fun place to have dinner. Mark was a great host as we arrived a little late, to find out we were chopped. All joking aside we were led to a table which we changed not to be against the wall an near the server terminal. Mark then brought us some glasses of champagne to celebrate. That is where it stopped. Our server was not attentive and barely recognized us as guests. We felt as if we were an inconvenience. The artichokes and pastas were delicious but the pizza was undercooked and soggy. It was remade and was better."

"Our waitress took 10 minutes to greet us - now this was already late in night and restaurant was not full. We had to send busboy to get our wines. She has an attitude. Never came back to see if we wanted another drink. Manager did not handle situation properly. Kept walking away as if he was too busy to listen to what we had to say. Any other restaurant would have offered us a dessert or another cocktail. Needless to say we left a hefty tip for the busboy and nothing for the waitress great food with poor service Las Vegas normal another tourist is waiting for our table."

"We had dinner at DOCG after a show and were very impressed with the food. Even though it was late-night, the restaurant still had a good crowd and we didn't feel rushed by our server. Everyone really enjoyed their meals and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for really good food without a lot of pretense."

"The food was OK, service pretty good but a few things were initially forgotten with our order. Wine list was extensive and priced comparably for Vegas. I had the pork chops, my girlfriend had the seafood pasta... she loved the pasta, I probably should have ordered the same or some other pasta dish. Overall the food was pretty good, although a bit pricey for what you get but for the location I'm betting its one of the better values... If your there and looking for a quick bite it appeared the pizza was pretty popular."

"We chose this restaurant because it was on Open Table. When we entered it was very slow, but became busy and full quickly after. We enjoyed some appetizers (fried calamari, fried artichokes) and a few main dishes (scallops and pasta with mushrooms). The food was very nicely prepared and enjoyable. The staff was a little rushed and not as attentive as would have been preferred, but we will definitely go back."

"Stumbled on this place back in April for NAB when we couldn't get into Scarpetta. Same chef, less view. No big deal, everything we had was delicious. Came back this past weekend and as before, everything was stellar. Great service from our waiter Cassidy too both times. Will probably return every Vegas trip. The Salted Caramel Budino is life changing."

"We ended up sitting at the bar. The decor is great, you can tell that a lot of effort went into the design. Too bad this didn't translate to the menu. The service at the bar was awful. We had to flag someone down every time we needed something - water, wine, salt...just annoying. The bartender was just hanging out at the other end of the bar talking to other staff. The prices of both the food and wine was outrageous, even for Vegas. The wine list is lacking, but the food wasn't bad (that's the nicest thing I can say). Overall, we left feeling very dissatisfied and wishing we had spent our time next door at Jaleo, which is in fact what we did the next night. I would recommend you do the same."

"This restaurant feels sort of like a dressed up (read: presumptuous) pizza parlor/diner. Outside feels like a cross between a frat house and a food court, inside the tables are very close together and the servers wear jeans, which is frankly not what I was expecting of a celebrity chef's restaurant in a four-diamond resort like the Cosmopolitan. Our server was friendly and personable. We had drinks, entrees, and shared a dessert in less than an hour. Sure, the handmade pastas are yummy, but the prices are exorbitant for staples like pizza and noodles in such an atmosphere. We were celebrating our anniversary(which I mentioned when making the reservation, but this was not acknowledged) and wished for a more special place. Wouldn't go again."

"WE EXPECTED MORE. IT WAS A BIRTHDAY DINNER [I MADE THAT KNOWN WHEN WE MADE THE RESERVATION AND WHEN WE WERE SEATED BY THE HOSTESS] AND THE FOOD WAS NOT BAD, IT WAS OK. AT THE END OF THE DINNER, AS WE PAID FOR THE MEAL, THE WAITER THEN SAID "BY THE WAY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY"."

"This was my second time eating at DOCG Enteca. It's one of two restaurants that Scott Conant (a judge on Chopped) has. DOCG Enteca has good quality rustic Italian dishes. The service both times I have gone has been exceptional. The wine list is quite good. And the food is great. The entrées are moderately priced for LV.
This visit was our first night in Vegas. Our original reservation turned out to be too early for us, and the staff was very courteous in allowing us to move the reservation to a later time. It is easy for a staff to look good when everything goes right. But when you ask extra, and they shine, that is the true mark. And DOCG definitely shined for our group that night. It was a simple request, but it was a Friday night."

"We couldn't wait to try Scott's place. The food was outstanding of course. The wait staff, unfortunately was not exceptional as we it was very slow. We waited a lot of time and the waiter hardly gave us any time. There is a lot of noise in this place and you can barely hear your dinner partner. We think the noise is bouncing off the brick walls and making it hard to hear. If this went away and the wait staff was more attentive, we would have given it 5 stars."

"Food was good. The atmosphere was pretty casual. We felt a little rushed. The total time we spent in the restaurant with sitting, ordering, eating and paying was close to 45 minutes. Prices were high for what it was. We ate at Scarpetta a few months ago. I prefer Scarpetta."

"Food was great and atmosphere was really cool. Drinks were strong. Noise level was out of control. Couldn't hear each other from across the table and we had to almost yell so our waiter could hear us. Service was just meh. It was very fast but the waiter was not really informative about the menu and didn't have anything to say about the restaurant or the food. I asked what was the "pizza to get" and he just said well what do you like and that was the end of it. Was expecting more I guess based on the level of restaurants we usually go to. Overall food was great, service could have been a lot better."

"We were 5 women visiting Vegas and choose this restaurant from Open Table's choices of restaurants in Vegas. We were not huge orderes but we were annoyed that they forgot 2 of the items we ordered and the waiter seemed very annoyed when we gave him 5 credit cards to split the bill. The food was good and I would go back. Maybe it was just an off night.."

"Horrible rushed service. 7 of us were asked if we wanted dessert when we were in the middle of our main course. When I replied: "isn't it a little early for that question"? She stormed away and came back with the check a few minutes later, this time without asking if we wanted dessert or coffe. The bussers took our utensils before we had the chance of finishing our food and we had to ask to get our forks back. Two managers on they way out didn't ask how everything was (very standard question in a quality establishment) , the just said: "good night". The worse service in Vegas for sure during our trip. On a good note, four other restaurant that we visited provided excellent service"

"Great pasta dishes and appetizers. The service during our visit was outstanding with a very knowledgeable staff, the sommelier was helpful and friendly with no attitude. I had the Cavatelli and it was perfect with a freshly made al-dente pasta. Wines are expensive but what isn't in the Strip. Atmosphere was calm and easy to talk in."

"Extremely disappointed. To start with Scott is my favorite judge on Chopped. That being said, the Octopus appetizer was flavorless. The Octopus was rubbery and the Garbonzo beans were just that - the bean and they overwhelmed the appetizer.
The main course had to be sent back. The pasta was very under done and the shrimp were over cooked. Surprising with how critical Scott is about pasta. The next plate still had under done pasta, but eatable. The shrimp were just that - shrimp. They were the smallest I have seen.
While the wine list is impressive - don't expect to see a bottle of red under $70 and those prices are a bit over priced for the bottle.
Most disappointing was my wife ended up only eating the bread. Great Servic"

"Had been here before but it seemed much more expensive this time--especially the wine list--not much under $100 which is too much for a typical night out--not a special occasion.

"It's a great restaurant with great food. My only complaint: we were a large party and they sat us near the front, which sort of felt like eating in a food court at a mall; but I will say, the food is amazing. The wine list is a little pricey, so be mindful of your choices. We had a great time and I would certainly return if ever back in Las Vegas. Plus, the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino is a really FUN place!"

"Great cocktails, good food, very cool scene. It was a bit too loud to carry on a quiet conversation, and the service was a bit slow due to the busy-ness that evening, but we were trying to get to a show, so that opinion may be colored. "Great place to grab a casual bite in Vegas. If you think you have tried good beet salad before then you have to try this version. The roasted beets are served warm and topped with burrata cheese which perfectly compliments the beets. It is finished with micro greens and a tangy pistachio vinaigrette. Don't miss it! Also, you must try the duck and truffle pasta. It is so good that you won't want to share it. A truly soulful dish.
Wine list is interesting but a bit expensive. What can you expect in Vegas though?"
