Located just North of the town square in downtown Healdsburg, Old Havana meets the Wine Country at Willi’s Seafood & Raw Bar. The warm and vibrant decor invite you in while the extensive list of small plates and the fun, eclectic drink menu make you feel right at home. The small plates menu is designed for sharing and features items ranging from New England Style “Rolls,” tuna tartare and ceviches to Latin inspired skewers. The bar is known for its specialty cocktail list featuring Mojitos, Raspberry Lemon Drops and Pomatinis. Willi's has earned a reputation as a great wine country destination, open since the fall of 2003. Patio dining is available. Note: Reservations NOT accepted Friday, Saturday & Sunday Nights.

"Small plates, nicely prepared food. Did not care for the ahi tuna dish.....too much strong soy based sauce, and the whole thing was too soupy. Presentation wasn't good on this dish, either. The crab cakes were OK; a little overcooked, but lacked interest. The trout was the best dish we had. It gets my top score.....fresh, nicely handled, tasty. The deconstructed lemon cheese cake with marshmallow like topping was ok, but there was an off flavor somewhere in this dessert, as though part of it had been pre-prepared and refrigerated, then assembled just before serving. I'll probably choose another place in Healdsburg next time I'm there. Also visited Willi's Wine Bar in Santa Rosa the same day for lunch and it was superior."

"We never miss Willi's when we are in Healdsburg! We order drinks and food, and are always surprised by something new! The food is wonderful and the service is friendly and spot on. We love the small portions, and the ability to sample many different taste treats. Although small in size, each presentation is excellent-starting with the best California vegetables and meats and finished with wonderful sauces, spices, and the chef's touch in preparation."

"We had a great time at Willi's during our visit. We sat outside and had a chance to enjoy the weather along with the food. Bring a hearty appetite, since so many of the choices will appeal to you. Above all try an oyster assortment from different areas along with the English Pea salad. I loved the bacon wrapped scallops and my wife liked the fish tacos. This is a 'must visit' restaurant!"

"We enjoyed every minute of our experience! There were four of us and we ordered 2 plates each (after our 2 orders of oysters). It was plenty of food, although we did order another Calamari at the end as it was so delicious! Other favorites were the Flatbread and the Scallops.

"Food, service, and ambience were fantastic. We gave our waitress a list of small plates that sounded interesting, and she paced things perfectly so that we were never overwhelmed with food, but had a consistent flow of deliciousness all night. She also got the order of plates right to match our wine selection (white to red). And when we were full, we just told her to stop bringing items that fell lower down the list. Just a great time in a casual place with great food and wonderful, helpful service."

"Five varieties of oysters (yummy bluepoint on the half shell). Crabcake divinity. BBQ scallops. Lobster sandwich (lobster sandwich?!!). And on and on. Willi's food is NOT boring. In fact it's more than averagely imaginative. And tapas is a great way to eat seafood. Like adding play to food. Then add a side of wine (it's in the wine country after all). Add a sunny Sunday afternoon and we're trolling for one sensory ahhhh after ahnother. Ambience is fine, bar room is a little noisy - dining room isn't. For desert take a stroll and drop in at one of the other 42 restaurants in town for a gewurtztraminer and cheese plate. Dairy is the County's second largest industry right behind vino. And remember Sonoma is great wine. Napa is auto parts."

"We had such a wonderful trip, every recoomendation we had on where to go, where to stay and where to eat was spot on except this one. Willi's was a fun and appealing setting, the menu and the sharing of small plates all seemed great - until we tried some. the lobster roll was swimming in butter served dripping from a soggy bun, the fish in the taco was over cooked and rubbery, the fried clams were thickly breaded, over done and tasteless. The spinach sald was awesome and the bread pudding a home run."

"Being from the industry, I dine at many restaurants in the county. I was extremely excited to show off your restaurant to my guest. She had heard staff rave about it and was eager to experience Willis. Our night started off very well, the hostess seated us right away and busboy was very attentive. Our Server on the other hand was certainly not there to accommodate us in any way. When tried to order additional small plates, 50 minutes into dinner service we had to track her down. After an additional 50 minutes of waiting she cleared our plates as if we were done. When questioned, no apology was made about forgetting to place the 2nd order. A little customer service would have gone along way."

Thought the beet salad with goat cheese was wonderful; martini was well prepared. "My husband and I ate here for the first time this past week. It honestly was the best dinner we have ever had. Every bite was delicious and we couldn't wait to order our next small plate. We had the flatbread, calamari, oysters...fresh fresh fresh...lamb (to die for!) bacon wrapped scallops, lobster roll and baby ribs. Shared the creme brûlée with raspberry crush for dessert and coffee. I had a cocktail, my husband had a glass of wine and two beers. We tipped 28% and walked out the door for $165. Very reasonable for everything we had and the QUALITY! The service was EXCELLENT, fun and hip atmosphere, can't wait to go back. Just SUPERB!"

"We have eaten at Willi's at least 20 times. It is just inconsistent in both food and service. Sometimes it is great, others disappointing. This last visit they served the entire meal in 30 minutes and then disappeared for 25. No one asked how my food was or if I wanted desert. I felt like I was force fed and then forgotten. The food was so-so on this visit, fries and calamari were very over cooked. I was hoping for a relaxed weekend lunch. This was for two people and was over $100 with tip, no alcohol."

"This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in Healdsburg. I love the small plates and the energetic atmosphere. I have never had a bad experience here. When you go you need to try the calamari and the lobster roll. They are to die for. But so is pretty much everything else on the menu as well :)"

"Willi's was recommended to us by pretty much everyone in town and it was a great recommendation! Lunch or dinner, great variety and not a bad value as the dishes are more filling than typical versions of crudo and tartare, etc elsewhere. Complex flavors all worked rather than overwhelmed. Don't forget the veggies! And be careful of the cocktails--really drinkable and highly potent!"
