"Ocean view was beautiful, but food average. I ordered the lobster bisque for an appetizer, which was just ok. They put a whole shrimp at the bottom and 3 small balls of crumbs (not sure if the intention was for the balls to be crab cakes). The server then pours the lobster bisque in the bowl, nothing outstanding, and did not like the crumb balls.
For entree, I ordered the 16oz ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and spinach. I ordered my ribeye medium rare, and it came back medium-well (barely any pink at all) and VERY SALTY. The mashed potatoes were good, but they were cold, and it was a small amount. The spinach was just right. My husband ordered filet mignon, which came out too rare. They had to cook longer. Server was nice."

"Great view of beach & ocean. Nice wine list. Seafood special with lobster, scallops and shrimp was outstanding. Gnocchi appetizer did not arrive until I questioned why after my entree was served. Waiter brought it out for me to taste anyway. He boxed it for me and took the charge off the bill. Excellent customer service recovery. I will return to this restaurant again."

"This was our first visit to the Atlantic Grill. Everything was wonderful from the waiter to the ambiance and the fantastic view. The food was outstanding, with a varying price range. Wines by the glass were available at prices to suit most people. I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions. It can get a little pricey if you start adding to the main course. Will definitely visit again."

"This was our second visit and we had a great time. We started with a variety of apps with fresh local oysters, calamari and crab cakes. All plates were passed around and enjoyed by all. Two of us tried the sea bass, one the pretzel crusted flounder and the last shrimp scampi. The sea bass was fresh, tender and perfectly cooked. The flounder was local and perfectly matched with the pretzel crust (highly recommended by Janine our server). The shrimp were massive and the pasta perfectly cooked. Everything was excellent from the food, view and especially the service."

"We love their salad but were told that the salad we like was only for the summer. Thesalad that we received had a dressing we don't care for and was missing some ingredients. We love the pretzel encrusted flounder but were told they were out of flounder. The piece of salmon that I had was about the size ofa silver dollar and the chicken that my wife had was just fair. In the future if we are told that they don't have certain dishes we won't dine there.

"I try to get to the Atlantic Grill every trip to Atlantic City. It is one of my favorite restaurants. We had a vegetarian in the group this trip and the options were endless. This trip, I had the Pretzel Crusted Flounder and it was superb. The Fried Calamari appetizer also included fried broccoli rabe which was different but very tasty. Would highly recommend."

"What a shame its a beautiful place with a ocean view but that was it. After we were seated and awed by the ambience it went all down hill from there. Our lobster sushi was nothing special and the waiter suggested pasta with scallops, shrimp and 4 ounce lobster tail fra diablo was bland and overcooked and way overpriced at $50. I have had much better in small italian strip mall restaurants. The shushi roll came out with our main meal and the table next to us failed to get their appetizer of mussels. Supposedly they were having computer problems. The only good thing is that it was comped by the casino so I didn't complain"

"Crab Cake and Chopped Salad appetizers were very good. Filet Mignon with Steak House Fries entree was excellent. The Filet was prepared exactly as requested-rare, warm inside and seared outside. Salmon was very good. Banana Split dessert was excellent. Zyggi our server was a first rate professional and fun. The Hostess Crystal was very nice and gave us a table with a lovely view of the ocean. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience. I look forward to our next visit."

"I was with a party of five with an 8pm reservation. We waited almost 20 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was not crowded. It took almost an hour and a half to get our food after we ordered. When it arrived, it had clearly been sitting out under a heat lamp for too long and most was uneatable. Two of the group did not eat and sent the food back. The manager was not very helpful in resolving the issue even going so far as to blame the waiter. I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone."

"The best part of this restaurant is the view. If you get a seat by the window, you have stunning views of the Atlanitc Ocean and the beach. The food was very good. The Lobster Mac & Cheese was good and the sushi was very fresh. The service left a lot to be desired. It would have been fine if I was dining at a local chain restaurant, but not for an upscale establishment. The prices at this restaurant are lower if you are a member of Cesear's rewards program, so sign up before you go. You may save $10-$20 dollars. Overall, I would reccommend this restaurant."

"I absolutely loved this restaurant. It was a special day our anniversary 15 yrs. As soon as we got there the host was very friendly, the waiters were absolutely super friendly, very knowledgeable. I felt like I knew them that's how comfortable they made us feel. The food was good we had Chilean bass fish, and I had pasta with scallops, shrimp, lobster. I am Mexican and I like my hot pepper with my food and I was kidding if they had jalopaños and they got me 2 spicy delicious jalapeños. I was so happy. For desert we had hot chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, which was so good, they even put a little candle for us. The view is spectacular over looking the beach. If u are looking for a friendly, good food, romantic, beautiful view."

"Took my daughter for her 21st birthday.. waitress was wonderful. I think her name was Sandy? Lobster Bisque was delicious.. I ordered the Prince Edward Island Mussels.. they weren't price edward island mussels.. however the sauce was delicious.. the crab cake was good. not enough crab for 15.00.. the yukon gold mashed had too much fat in them. had to send them back. the chocolate cake was delicious."

"When we got to the restaurant the hostess was pleasant but didn't really make eye contact and tried to seat us in a back dark corner of the restaurant. We asked for a table closer to the front and right in front of us the hostess told the other hostess that "we have nothing!" After explaining that we were out for a special dinner, that we rarely get to do, we were seated in the front of the restaurant. The hostess was not happy but did it anyway. I did not appreciate her attitude. The waiter was very nice but was not around much during our meal. My entree was doused with pepper and had to be sent back. When it finally returned to me it was undercooked and had to be sent back again. When I got it back, each scallop was cut in half."

"We had an 8pm reservation for a Saturday night and were a little late...Despite a crowd we only had to wait a couple of minutes for a table. Our waiter was swamped and noticing this the hostess came over to make sure we were taken care of. The food was very good. We kept our meal choices simple because we were running late for a show, but overall we enjoyed the experience."

"we had a table that faced the ocean which was perfect. The food was great. I had shrimp scampi which i've had before at other restaurants. This was the best I've ever had. My boyfriend had the special which was a 3 course meal for $31 and he enjoyed as well. Great place, we will go back next time were in Atlantic City."

"Very nice upscale seafood restaurant in Caesars. When we were sat down very nice seating with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean (really nice as the sun was out and close to setting). Waiter was very friendly and attentive. From the appetizer to the meal and then the dessert (they were nice to give Jenn a free dessert for her 30th birthday) was absolutely amazing. They have a really nice variety (ranging from Jenn having a pretzel-encrusted flounder to the miso-stlye chilean sea-bass I had ordered). Very nice atmosphere all around."

"first time visit; would have loved to sit by window, but not available;positioned in back room that ended up accommodating; all four of us had the crabcake appetizer, delicious; service was efficient but not rushed; entrees were two roasted salmons, one filet and one risotto; we all enjoyed our dinners and felt comfortable after both appetizer and entree, not overly full, just right; atmosphere is vibrant and a little noisy as evening progressed; obviously 55+ dine earlier and when we are almost finished our meals, younger diners emerge; dessert of brownie sundae and cheesecakepudding/gingerbread topping were very small portions but actually just enough; we could not understand our bill and neither could our server;"

"The hostess barely greeted us then waited for another to come over and help us. Our waiter was nice but it took us 2 1/2 hours to have dinner. He brought the wrong appetizer and for got our coffees and desert. I probably wont go back."

"The food here was amazing! 5 of our party of 6 ordered from the restaurant week menu and the 6th ordered sushi. The appetizers were delicious and the steak and risotto were perfect. The dessert was the only part of the meal that was not impressive as the brownie was rather dry and not warm. The service was a slow (they were very busy for restaurant week), but everyone was very polite and helpful. Overall a fabulous meal with wonderful food!!"

"The place has an amazing view overlooking the ocean no matter where you are. The hostess and bartender were super nice and welcoming. Our server was also really nice but tries too much to upsell that it became a little annoying. She kept pushing us every time she came over. The food was okay. The crabcake wasn't anything special, the salmon was way too salty. They recommend that I get the salmon medium, which I did but it came out well done and a little bit dry. And the dessert tries to hard. Its a cheesecake pudding with raspberry sorbet, chocolate, raspberry and more (too many flavors/texture that doesn't blend together). I wouldn't go back for food but the happy hour is a great deal (and the view is a plus)"

"Excellent service and a reasonable wine selection that is not over priced. Large parties do not normally get an ocean view, but the layout is adequate for reasonable conversation without raising your voice. For couples and small parties the ocean or boardwalk view is entertaining. There are two flat screen TVs for dinners who want to watch sports or sit at the bar and have a drink or light fair such as a hamburger."

"Overall....a pleasant evening and good meal. However, our server (not the waiter) was too hurried and brusque. He "plunked" the soup on the table with no "warning" right at my wife's elbow, then brought the entrees to the table and plopped them down and I had not quite finished my appetizer - my plate had not been removed.
The restaurant was not overly busy and there was no need to "rush" out our main course while we were still enjoying our drinks and appetizer course.
Our waiter did apologize for the rude behavior and offered to hold our dinners in the kitchen but the damage had been done."
