"We had 3 different waiter/waitresses but all I can say is they were all soo good, helpful in every way.
They are so personable and just make you feel so welcome!
I can't recall the name of our 1st waitress but she was a sweetheart. She checked back on us so frequently - her shift was over early but Desmond our other waiter was just as good. Partake in a conversation with our family and being my husbands birthday he made it soo much fun! He was great! Everything was, down to the 3 ft cotton candy given to my husband
And of course the s'mores:)

"This is a great place!! We ordered the filet and it was outstanding. The service was the best. And, we had fun watching the gals try to ride the mechanical bull. One is particular started spanking the bull after being bucked off."

"Great place! We were celebrating a 40th birthday and Saddle Ranch did not disappoint. The food was tasty, reasonably priced and plenty of choices for all types of eaters not just those looking for steak. The service was phenomenal...don't know if all the servers will be as good as ours was, but Nick was great! He was super friendly and never missed a beat getting us anything we asked for and more on a very busy Saturday night. The mechanical bill was awesome to ride and watch. Definitely suggest getting a table near the bull so you can watch the festivities. Even if you don't ride the bull, it's still a great time just watching other people. The Saddle Ranch was a hit, thanks!"

"I had no idea what Saddleback Ranch was like. I decided to celebrate by 55th birthday some place new. Wow! I made a great choice. The employees were all friendly and accommodating, as I set into the door. The service in ordering drinks and food, impeciable. The food was fabulous. After riding the bull, by party played a few rounds of pool. Everything was there to have a fun filled birthday. THANK YOU for a great birthday celebration."

"The only complaint I have is this:

After a limo ride arriving promptly at Saddle Ranch in order to make our reservation at 7:00pm, the host gave us the "hold on" for fifteen minutes. Despite telling him that everyone in my party was present (and POINTING at them), the host insisted that he be able to see and count each and every one. I was confused but obliged, gathering all ten party members and took them from the bar, where they were happily enjoying their drinks, to this dudes location. After I reported them all to him, he then gave me the "hold on" AGAIN. I could literally see the empty table for ten waiting for us around the corner!!!"

"I've been here twice, and both times I received the best service I've EVER had. No lie. They do service the right way. The managers check up on you, the waitstaff checks up on you...but not at the point to where it's annoying. Just the right amount. I'll definitely go back whenever I'm in the area."
