"Unfortunately it was prom night. Everyone got our name right but the attentaviness was off. Even following day nalmost no in resreraunt had to ask for host To find waitress to get check. Overall service was so for what it should have been,"

"We have dined here before and it is one of our favorite places to eat. I don't know what it was about this time, but everything just seemed to be better than our last visit. The service from Terri was top notch and the food was superb, which made for an outstanding night. We will be back!"

"Mateus and his staff are the most efficent and friendly staff anywhere. The beautiful Ritz in Amelia Island is lucky to have them...they are all an asset to the Hotel! The food was delicious and they have a varied menu."

"Not impressed with the Valentine's Day special. Have been to Cafe 4750 numerous times for holiday meals and always left satisfied. We've found the food selections, quality, presentation, and service to be well worth the drive from Jacksonville. Our last visit was a disappointment. The appetizer buffet offerings lacked variety as almost everything had shrimp in it. The plated main course was a choice between beef tenderloin or grouper. We both chose the beef and requested medium rare. We each received 2 small medallions that were thoroughly overcooked and lacked seasoning. Our server, who was very attentive, noticed that my wife did not eat her entree and asked if it was ok, but at that point we were ready to go."

"The service was terrible. Steaks were supposed to be medium well and they were RED. Had to go to the receptionist to get the waitress to get more water. One steak was re-done and was served after everyone else had finished their dinner. Never go back for a Valentine's Dinner again!!"

"The 4750 Coastal Kitchen was ok. Keep in mind that we went for the Valentine's Day special and had a buffet for our appetizer and desserts. We do not usually eat at buffets but this seemed like a good choice when I booked the reservations. We do not enjoy getting up and down to get our appetizers. But we understood that this was what we were going to have to do before we arrived at 4750 Coastal Kitchen.
The food was good but not special. The appetizers were beautifully displayed but again, up and down for the soup, then for a spoon I forgot, then the shrimp, etc. It could be said that we could have only had soup. That would be one trip to the buffet. But at $60.00 per meal we wanted more than just soup for an appetizer.
