"Milestones Crossroads is probably their best restaurant in the chain. The service here is great - the staff seem to all enjoy working here and it shows. When we go out with our kids (ages 5 and 7), they always want to go to Milestones - the kids menu is good and they will make whatever adjustments you need. The spinach dip appetizer is great. We usually eat here once or twice a month and are never disappointed."

"I took my wife here for mothers day brunch and even though it did not to be a kid friendly restaurant, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was very good, reasonably priced and decent sized portions. I have been to other Milestones in the past and have been happy with them, This location has an excellent view of the downtown skyline. Whether it's a date, a dinner party or lunch with the family, I highly recommend this restaurant."

"Came here for dinner on a Tuesday evening, it was rather quiet. Service was a little off compared to when I was here before, maybe since the server was new. I ordered the Salmon and requested it medium, but it came out super dry, had to wave down the server, which took 5 minutes before I caught his attention to tell him of the problem. The manager was nice and came over to ask if I needed anything else while my dinner was redone. For a night when it's not that busy, I probably expected the server to check to see if everything was okay, but after the food was dropped off by the kitchen staff he never came to see how things were, so it was a little irritating that it took 5 minutes before I could wave him down, when he was at the computer.."

"Frequent "watering hole" for friends, sitting in the lounge on a sunny day gives you the chance to either sit outside on the balcony or by a panoramic style floor to ceiling windows. Great atmosphere, and good service. Milestones seems to be in touch with their patrons, frequently changing up their menu and offering seasonal fresh flavours. Service is prompt and courteous. Fair portions and reasonable prices."

"Very disappointed that I tried to pay with a $100 bill, the ones that were from a few months ago just before the plastic ones, and they said they won't take these. I would understand if they were the really old bills that are often counterfeit, but they rejected my money and ask me to pay a different way. I was insulted, and will never visit them again. Its not like these are extremely old bills, and its easy to check if they are real. Absolutely insulting."

"We were hoping for something a bit quieter - it was way too noisy for any type of private conversation. However the food was good (prime rib was a bit tough, but everything else was excellent) and Mel our server was wonderful. Prices also good. The goat cheese appetizer was fantastic. We highly recommend trying it."

"We've been going to Milestones on Valentines day for the past few years, mostly because it's in our neighborhood and we like the 4 course meal special. Although it's a lot of food to eat in one sitting, we were happy to take home the dessert to enjoy on another day. Each year we ask to not be sat next to the kitchen, so we were surprised that of all the tables we were shown to a table right next to the kitchen (we had a reservation as I'm sure did many others on Feb. 14) However, our hostess was very gracious and found us another table in a very short while. Thank you"
