Lot No. 3 combines comfort food, classic cocktails, and craft brews in a vintage-industrial inspired space.
We serve everything from snacks like housemade kettle chips with sweet onion dip and our famous "plate o' bacon" to chicken and waffles and desserts including the spiced jar cake with maple glaze.
Our cocktail and spirits program has been recognized as one of the strongest in the Puget Sound.
At Lot No. 3 our focus is on classic cocktails and craft brews. We have six beers on tap, fifty plus by the bottle, as well as over one hundred spirits.
"I love this place. If you're on a diet, Lot No. 3 may not be your best bet because you'll want to order pretty much everything on the menu. You don't really get any better than classy comfort food."

"This was my second visit to Lot 3 for brunch. Was disappointed to hear they were out of the duck infused bourbon so we'll just have to go back again!"

"Love, love this place. The food is fantastic. The beer selection is great. The service is great. The atmosphere is awesome. Had the pear Gorgonzola bread, the corn & bacon bites, the wagu beef sliders & a really good evening. We will definitely be back."

"Lot 3 was great, the issue was that when we got there the reservation actually got booked under Purple Cafe their adjacent restaraunt for some reason. Just and FYI."

"This is a good afterwork place. It is a very casual place. Don't expect the same quality food as at Purple... Don't understand why the difference. But the food was below par. An open faced chicken parmesan special, came on a generic buy-at-Safeway sesame seed bun. To me open faced means so guey and drippy that you have to eat it with a fork and knife, but this sandwich was a dry as the Sahara desert and you could pick it up with your hands and eat it like a regular sandwich. The chop chop salad was about average... Was that iceberg lettuce in the chop chop??? The dressing... meh..
The best thing we had was the starter... it had bacon, so you can't go wrong with that."

"We all enjoyed our appetizers and entrees. The Bacon Plate appetizer is not to be missed, and I was more than impressed with my Mac and Cheese. We will come back!"

"My friend and I met for lunch there. Both of us had been there before, but never sat upstairs. The lounge chairs next to the balcony added an romantic quality. Great to bring a date. The food was really yummy, but I was disappointed that the pretzel I ordered was on the smaller side. I will definitely be back! Great food, service, and atmosphere!"

"Lot 3 is a great place because they take cocktails and casual food seriously. Manhattans are a chapter unto themselves, with the ability to pick between bitters, vermouths, and bourbons and ryes. When we first went a couple of years ago, it seemed to be all bourbon drinks (which ain't bad), but now the menu contains lots of other finely crafted drinks, with ingredients that no one (me, anyway) keeps in their bar."
