"The meat was very good. The salad and side dish bar were great. The only thing that was a negative was the waiter assigned to us was disrespectful to my wife...on Mother's Day no less...my wife asked for water along with her ice tea..the waiter turned to the person that refills drinks that my wife was "high maintenance " and said it loud enough to be heard by our table and surrounding tables. It could be because the tip of 18 percent was mandatory all though we were only three people...SO the waiter would not lose a tip by insulting customers...I live close by in Southlake and have only been here once before 9 years ago. I still recommend because the food and everyone else from the valet parkers to the meat carvers were excellent."

"Food was excellent, the variety of meats were all outstanding during our dinner. The salad bar had a nice mixture of items, the one draw back was too many items with cheese. I understand everyone loves cheese, but it is not the only codiment to add to food. Service was outstanding, our waiter and the staff that brings the different meats to your table were extraordinary.
Noise was moderate considering that we did get one of the middle tables. May not be fit for a romantic dinner because the constant attention given to you turning your marker to refresh your choice of meats."

"The occasion to celebrate was satisfied with a lovely dinner. Each of the meat selections was tender and flavorful. But the salad bar or should I say "the salad extravganza" was reason enough to go to Boe Na Braza. The salad bar is kept immaculate. I like that! I think I shall try lunch with some friends shortly. Also, the service is always available but never hovering. Nice!"

"A year ago we enjoyed Easter at Boi Na Braza and returned for Mother's Day 2012. We expected the same good experience this year for Easter, but it was very disappointing. Our waiter was terrible. We hardly saw him the whole time. In the past we really liked the bread basket selection - this year we didn't get a bread basket. Several meats were tough and unappetizing. Last year we got our choice from the dessert cart included for the per person Easter price, but not this year. We could have had a nice dessert if we had wanted to pay extra for it, but the included dessert was a strawberry or mango slop. For the per person price of over $47 each it was extremely disappointing. We will not be back!"

"Fun place to go for an occasion. Meat lovers paradise, even though it is hard to ignore the impressive salad bar. Service was very quick and good, even though the restaurant was fairly crowded. A few of the meats were a little too salty for my taste but several others more than made up for it. Overall very good meal and a fun environment."

"Went for Valentines Day. Made reservations 2 weeks in advance but had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. Our waiters forgot to bring us water on two separate occasions. The waiters with the meat would often zip by our table without stopping to offer us any. One waiter dropped his knife on our table accidentally almost hitting me with it. Despite the poor service, the check came with an 18% gratuity already added in."

"The service wasn't "bad", but the 55 minute wait when I had a reservation was not pleasant.
My reservation was for 7pm and we weren't seated until 7:55pm.
Lots of meat.... which is always good, but the selections I really wanted didn't come around quite often enough.
The sides offered are OK... but they need cheddar cheese and maybe some gravy for the mashed potatoes."

"Service was noticeably lacking. There was a period of at least 10 minutes where we never saw a meat server nor any other member of a wait staff, and we were never offered bread. We had to consistently wait for anything we asked for.
Most of the food was average. The sirloin & the fillet were very good, but the rest was so-so. The leg of lamb was mostly flavorless, and the lamb chops were flavorless & overcooked. The salad bar was very fresh, no real problems there. Dessert was great, especially the flan.
My conclusion? Well, let's see: $130 for a meal of average food for two people, a forced $21 tip for poor service. $150 total for good sirloin & a dessert? I can get that at Chili's for $20 for both of us. I will not be returnin"

"Went there for a Valentine's Special, $127 for a couple with the main course (Brazilian Rodizio), two glasses of Champaign, desert and coffee. I would have rather paid the regular price, there was nothing special about the "special". The Brazilian Rodizio was great as usual, but the desert was very poor, and coffee really underwhelming. Service was not great either; there was no attention to the table by the waiter, it seems he was not motivated to serve us. Then in the end, the "special" got more special: an automatic 18% service added to the bill... for a bad service."

"This was the worst service I have ever had a restaurant and especially at a High Quality restaurant. This was on Valentines Day Evening. Our server took a very long time to come to our table. Once he came to our table and gave us WATER he NEVER reurned to ask us about Wine or anything else. The servers who come around to the table with the meat selections passed our table for a good 30 mins. AND YES the GREEN side up as this means the person to stop at our table. I finally was able to flag down another server and asked for the Manager.I explained everything to him. He came back to our table gave us the check and said he took the meal portion off the check. Still charges us 50.00 for salad and still didnt get meat. TERRIBLE. Wont be back."

"We made reservations on Valentine day at 8 pm and arrived there at 7 45 pm, ready to have a good time.
Unfortunately, we were told that it would be a 20 minute wait, because they were very busy due to it being Valentine day!!!!! Did they just figure that out.
To make matters worse, after checking with them on regular intervals, we ended up being seated at 9 pm....1 hour after the reservation time.
A whole lot of individuals were grumbling about similar delays.
By the time we were seated, we were too frustrated to really enjoy much, and the waiters brought only a limited amount of items to the table...no ribs......no ribeye......no rump roast with Garlic.
We were fed up and left very disappointed."

"My wife and I were very disappointed in the Boi Na Braza. It was our first experience at a Brazillan Steakhouse and I made reservations a week in advance for 9:00p.m. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 and were not seated at a table until after 9:30. The salad bar was the best part of our entire meal. All of the meat, with the exception of the chicken, lamb, and sausage, were medium-rare and blood was dripping all over our white tablecloths from the meat the servers were bringing by. The service was terrible and we both ran out of our drinks twice. Also, we waited 35 minutes for our check. I ended up having to go get a manager because we had asked our server 3 times for it and he "kept forgetting". We won't be back."

"Took the wife for her birthday and it was not a good choice. Hard to feel dressed up when others are in basketball shorts and a hoodie. We made a reservation for 8pm, and still had to wait 25 minutes for a table. (thought reservations were for....nevermind)
The salad bar was just, alright. The food wasn't that great. Pretty loud in there, not much for a romantic dinner. After a few bites, the wife and I pushed our plates aside and just drank our bottle of wine.
