"I heard about this place from someone else. But I was told by my friend that they serve fried plantains which they never offered to us. They seemed to rush us a little, if you didn't answer they're question in the moment after asked they would depart while you sat and pondered an answer. But other than that, the salad bar was great and the meat selection was good."

"Our waiter didn't bring bread or check on us. We had to ask a table buster to bring us another drink and another table buster to bring desert. Then we had to ask another employ to bring us our check after30 minutes of waiting. If that wasn't a bad enough experience, we were charged $278.00 for a valentines special that was suppose to be $109.00. That was the worse experience I have ever had at that caliber of restaurant. I usually dine at Texas De Brazil on special occasions but I let a friend talk me into this and he has been apologizing since. It may have just been a bad night for the restaurant but I will never go back to get that kind of service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"we really had a bad experience. they charged us extra for a drink. but that was not that important because it was only $5.50. the worst part was that we took our dessert to go. when we got home our cheesecake was half eaten. so they had packed us somebodys leftovers. very upsetting indeed!!!! no waiter came back after out check to even wish us goodnite."

"Service was poor to quite poor. Our server literally ran past our table all night. The Gaucho's were very prompt and I give them high marks. Management needs to review what role the waiter plays in the overall scheme. I will give Texas De Brazil or Master Grill a shot next time I want Churrascaria. For $250 (which included an automatic 20% gratuity)on a party of 4 (2 of which were salad bar only) I expected a little more attention. My tea glass should have remained full all night. Instead I relied on the melted ice to wash down my food."

"It was the first time my wife and i were dissapointed eating there. We saw our waiter maybe once the entire time and had to wait 15-20 minutes for a water refill. my wife ended up giving me her water and picking up the nearest water container to pour me water!!!! Our desserts were falling apart and had a weird taste to them. Then we get the check and they AUTOMATICALLY add gratuity to the check for a waiter we never saw. We were not happy on our valentines day and have made it known not to return. Front staff wasnt very polite either.."

"We had dinner at Boi Na Braza during Valentine's Day weekend. The food was excellent and we especially enjoyed the cheesecake. However, we did not receive very good service. We saw our waiter one time in the entire hour we were there. At no point were we offered another drink or a refill on water. We even had to ask a gaucho to get our check for us. Overall, the food was great but we were not impressed by the service."

"Serious service issue that does not meet expectations. My wife & I dined on the “Valentines special” & experienced the following: 6:30pm reservation –arrived & was told there would be a 30 minute wait; Waited in the bar & found it poorly stocked & with an untrained bartender who presented my wife with a Malbec when she asked which Cabernets were available; Was seated & then abandoned by the wait staff–no offer for additional bar drinks, no re-fill of water glasses, no explanation of meats to be offered, no provision of dinner plates following salads; No offer of coffee or after-dinner drink with hastily delivered desserts; Was presented with an incorrect bill including charges for bar drinks that were not offered-and presumptive 20% grat!"

"The food was great, especially the Parmesan Pork and the sirloins, but the salad bar was not as extensive as Fogo over in Addison.
The staff wasn't very knowledgeable about what is an otherwise fairly good wine list. They were also less than professional: we had a guy who barely spoke english talking to us about wine, and they kept trying to hard-sell us the house wine which was not very good and didn't pair well with their steaks.
But, you gotta love Grapevine. The bar here is great, very large but with a "Mad-Men" feel too it. Bring your cigars, because this is one spot where you can still smoke 'em."

"The food and service were incredible, especially the "house special" cut that night. Drinks never reach the bottom of the glass and every person who walked by stopped to make sure everything was enjoyable without being intrusive. "Fourth time we have eaten here. It is a bit pricey but, everything was fresh, delicious, and well presented. The wines are moderately priced and excellent. "Inconsistant is the best way to describe Boi Na Braza. Its looks like they keep cutting back in order to save money. The salad bar had lettuce that was mostly yellow. The mashed potatoes looked like soup. I've had better instant ones from the grocery store from a box. Some of the cuts of meat had a flavor while others had none. It keeps going downhill. The plus is that the bar is nice that also allows cigars."

"Very overrated and pricy, especially when their end game was 50% more than the understood price going in; because they added costs for ice tea, water, coffee and dessert...then the audacity of an additional gratuity of 20%, when this published add on policy was for groups of six or more. WE were a party of two. A true scam for sure. Glad I parked my own CLK or dinner and a round trip to LA would have been the same. We didn't complain or request the manager's help as that is not our style. Actually a normal gratuity from us is sometimgs 100%, but in this case there was no chance; although the service of the the wait staff was top notch. Probably the only reson to go back. For sure pancakes at IHOP are much better."

"We made a reservation for 7 pm and were seated at 7:45 pm. When asked why have a reservation the hostess stated just really busy. Watched people walk in without a reservation and they were seated approximately the same time we were therefore having a reservation does not help. We asked for the manager and she just said sorry but did not seem like she really cared. Will not go back again."

"This was my first time at Boi Na Braza and it was a good experience. Good food and speedy service. The servers seemed to appear the minute you turned your card to green. I do wish the atmosphere was a little quieter. It was holiday party season and there were quite a few large parties. When the table of 12 next to us left, the staff rushed in and "broke down" the long dining table they were using. That was distracting in this main dining room. They folded the table up like a card table and left! Overall, I think the $47/person price is a bit high for what you get. The meat was average or good, depending on the cut. And dessert was not included in that price."

"My dining experience was exquisite. The attendants there were very helpful and service was impeccable. And the food! Ah, the food. Wonderful. Not only is there a plentiful selection of meats, but there's also a pretty good salad bar as well, containing everything from soups, to Caesar salads, to mashed potatoes(!). My advice? Come with empty stomachs and full wallets, because at $47.50 a plate, and some of the wines costing $350 and up, you're bound to have fun and spend lots of money. Not that that's a bad thing. Sometimes you have to pay for good service. In this case, it's money well spent."
