"Homefire Grill is one of our favourite go-to places for special occasions and just-because occasions. Mother's day brunch at our table started with an everything-in made to order omelet from the omelet bar, judged as very tasty. The salad bar included fresh greens, veggies, fruit and a bowl of tasty shrimp, and earned a second trip from two of us. Each time we went back to the hot food bar, it was fresh and hot. Table service was friendly and prompt, with regular refills offered on the coffee, tea and ice water. We enjoy our dining experiences at this restaurant and will definitely go back."

"My husband surprised me with The Open Table on Valentine's Day at Homefire Grill which was excellent! Though we sat in the "boardroom" and the ambiance isn't as nice, the service was excellent and the courses were brought in a timely fashion, though the diners had fun making sure it got to the right table :) The bisque and cheese appetizers were both superb, as were the main courses of stuffed chicken and steak & lobster. We both had the cheesecake for dessert and would have preferred the bits of white cake in it would have been left out. However, we did not feel rushed and really enjoyed the evening."
