Anthony’s Restaurant & Lounge has been family-owned since 1978 and serves award-winning, traditional Italian and American dishes and daily specials, including pasta, steak, veal, chicken and seafood. Anthony's offers casual warmth with an elegant atmosphere and welcomes families.
Though all meals are prepared to order, Anthony's offers quick service, making it a great spot for a business lunch. Or come in for a drink. Anthony's has an excellent, affordable wine list and a comfortable bar that's open late.
Located within walking distance of the convention center and downtown hotels, Anthony's can accommodate groups of up to 40.

"We had a small group of close friends/family that were meeting for an evening of great food, fun and relaxation. We had only one place in mind, Anthony's, knowing everything would be perfect. "This restaurant has staying power for a reason--consistently good food and service. It appeared that a lot of the diners were regulars. We were in KC for a concert and Anthony's got the evening off to a great start with their food and service. I would recommend them to others who are looking for no-stress, low-key dining prior to a concert or other event."

"I took my girlfriend to Anthony's on Valentine's Day, and our experience was fantastic! It was a late night dinner, with a reservation at 9 PM. We took it slow, and the server was very accommodating and kind, and did not give a hint of caring that we stayed until they closed at 11. The food was excellent, and the wine was excellent! The ambiance was perfect for the setting, and we had a corner booth tucked away from most other people. The manager stopped by to check that our evening was going well, and the owner of the restaurant introduced himself to us as we left at the end of the night (we were the last ones to leave the restaurant). Could not have been happier with the overall experience!"

"This was our first time going to Anthony's. To be seated in the back room at the back table in the room, with my husband and I looking at the back wall and back door with my daughter and her boyfriend facing us, wasn't the best way to experience a restaurant.
The waiter, Tony was very good but the room was very crowded and he had a hard time trying to get around the tables.
Luckily the food was very good so the whole experience wasn't bad.
If I could sit in the main dining room and not have to face a white wall and back door with the music speaker right above our head playing Frank Sinatra, I might return."
