"The food has definitely improved at the City Tap House. We came last year, and the food was average at best. We returned again this year to give it another try, and found the food to be much improved--the wings, burgers, and pizza were very standouts. We also had an excellent waitress--I wish I could remember her name-- LeAnn, maybe--who helped us get in and out in order to make it to the Palestra in time for our game."

"Entering, the hostess right away found my OpenTable reservation (even though the place wasn't too packed) and sat me and my girlfriend down on a half booth half chair table. We both ordered steak-mine came from the Valentines day menu and hers from the actual menu. For what we got, the quality was very good and cooked well, but the price to portion ratio wasn't on par. Maybe I had high expectations on the restaurant having some sort of American food root (burgers/steaks/ect...) but they serve on the higher end. I will look forward to getting the burgers that we were eying the whole time. Overall, service was good, but -1 on Ambiance due to parties of four, who were fairly loud, being sat around us. The Bar scene seems vibrant too."
