"I have been driving past this little gem for a couple of years and never took notice of it, maybe because it's directly across from a large strip mall that includes SaveMart/Big 5. I LOVE Eastern European food, so when I saw a Groupon for a Russian restaurant in Carmichael I bought 1 instantly. When I went there with my wife I kicked myself for missing it. Their food is $$ priced and well worth it. Vegetables are crisp and fresh, plate looked like a work of art (wish I could include a picture, because I definitely took some)and the food was AWESOME. $58 for both of us, but well worth it.
Oh did I mention they have buffets and on Saturday the buffet include hosted wine :)"

"It was Valentine's evening and I guess more people arrived than expected. And so the service was a bit slow and dishes arrived as they were ready, I guess. Servers were nice but not organized, it seemed there were not assigned tables...Waited 30 minutes for bill to arrive and card to be returned for signature."

"Did not stay for dinner, very disappointed on just the looks of the restaurant. Was hoping for a romantic place for dinner. I really really wanted to try the food, but my wife was really turned-off, looked more like a karoke bar, two people working all the tables. No table settings (nothing), took five minutes before we rec'd a menu and another five minutes for water. That was enough for us to decide to leave. Chef Ramsey needs to visit this place just to bring some life to it."
