"We've been to Rosie's many times over the years and the food never changes, it's AMAZING!!! I personally can't stray away from ordering the Philly Cheese Stromboli every time I'm there. The service was the only thing that lacked this time (and the fact that the music got a little loud while we were trying to hold a conversation) but I think that's because our waitress was probably on the newer side. Other than that, this place is somewhere I would recommend to anyone and everyone and we will continue to go there for years to come!"

"Our waitress was very rude. I think she only smiled one time our whole evening. She didn't say hi or thank you for coming. She didn't even come make sure our food was okay until we were almost done, even though she had been to the tables around us several times before FINALLY coming to check on us. She dropped our credit card by our table and walked away. She came back looking for it, asked where it was, and then said "oh". There was no apology or anything."

"Food was pretty good. Cooper did a great job with our service. I hope next time I use Open Table the front of the house won't keep us waiting 30 minutes past our reservation then sit us in a section with several empty tables. Also, the one of 4 that ordered the pizza received it just as the other three of us was finishing our entree's."

"From top to bottom the food is incredible. Portion size is generous compared to what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber, and the quality of food is out of this world. Previously, I had seen a lot of mixed reviews about Rosie's. However after dining there myself, I can't say enough about the place. Our server was incredible, well-informed, timely, and even was entertaining. Whether you're getting pasta, or fish, you really can't miss on this menu. Can't wait until my next experience at Rosie's."

"Hot Mama bread was fantastic as always, the chopped salad with house vinaigrette might be my favorite side salad in Toledo, and the fish is always fresh and well prepared. I had the seafood pasta with grouper, shrimp, and scallops. All were prepared well in a tasty tomato sauce w/ capers. The girlfriend had chicken parmesan and enjoyed it as well.
My only complaints are that the dishes were a bit oversauced (sauce was good, but there was too much of it) and the pasta didn't seemed to be drained well leaving some water on the plates. Also we were seated in the outdoor (closed off and heated) patio area, and there was still a bit of a draft making its way into the area.
Overall it was still a very good dining experience."

"The food is always good here and I highly recommend the manicotti. I was hoping to try to cheese ravioli since I went on a Friday during Lent. They had zero non-seafood special menu items. The service was sub-par. It took the server 20 minutes after I ordered to realize they didn't have the cheese ravioli.
My largest complaint is even if you have a reservation expect to wait a minimum of 15-45 minutes! I've found the service varies greatly by the server and our service was average."

"The restaurant was fantastic! The food was amazing and the portions were huge. Even thought everything is somewhat expensive, they portion of food is worth the price. I am definitely going to come back and eat here again. The only problem was that the heat was on full blast and it was very hot especially because my seat was right next to the heater. The noise level was pretty high but I didn't think I would have been quiet in there on Valentines Day. The serive was great and the food came out pretty fast. Overall it was a great restaurant and I am going to go again for sure."

"The entire experience from start to finish was great. We made a reservation and were seated pretty much right away. The waitress did an excellent job, while at the same time training a new waiter on the job. Which can sometimes be rather annoying or just inconvenient to both parties. The food came out quick, hot and tasted fantastic. I have before and will continue to recommend this restaurant to many people."

"we got seated outside in a corner by some storage behind a half covered curtain even though there was some room inside and we had reservations..there was a heater above us but we could still feel the gust of chilly windy coming through the patio cover..we had no waiter for our section..we sat there for 10 minutes before another waiter asked if someone had seen us..we said no so he went to get someone..10 minutes later we see him again and ask if someone was coming and he was very apologetic and frustrated that no one came after the first time he went to report it..finally someone came and apparently"our waiter's shift had ended and he left for the day and no one else was told about us"..wow. food was good but service was terrible."
