"Fantastic staff, above and beyond! The food was spectacular;, we had the duck breast and steak and both were perfect. Dessert was also to die for.
Cocktails were good, did not do happy hour since that is only for the bar area.

"My family dined here to celebrate my husband's graduation from grad school. Our food was amazing, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere felt very intimate in the dining room, even though the bar scene was very vibrant.
My husband and I came back a few days later for drinks and dessert at the bar. There are some menu items that are exclusive to the bar area (flatbread pizzas and a special, limited-quantity-per-night burger), so we plan to go back yet again to try these items. The service at the bar was just as excellent as in the dining room. We were surprised with the attention we (and all guests) were given at such a busy bar, and also with the speed with which our food and drinks arrived. My water glass was always full."

"Everything about this restaurant screams elegance. The staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. They were also very attentive. The food which was excellent on its own actually paled in comparison to everything they have to offer. We went back on Wednesday for Happy Hour because you can only get their famous Hamburger Wed-Sat. They only make 12 per night so get there early. Hands down one of the top three burgers I have ever had."

"My wife and I have come to Cuvee Bistro that last 2 years for our anniversary (2011 & 2012) There is a reason why we have come from Louisiana 2 years in a row to eat here....it's AMAZING!!! Starting from the reservations to the actual experience, they go out of their way to make your event a special one. Both times, I requested that they write a specific message to my wife on her desert plate, both times they knocked it out the park. From the moment we walk in, the customer service is beyond great. Every employee speaks to us with smiles and eager to please. I read a review on here about the food not having any taste, that person probably does not have any taste buds! I HIGHLY recommend this Cuvee for anyone wanting a special night!"

"I chose this restaurant because of the great reviews on OpenTable. I consider myself to have a refined palette. The halibut that I had was not even seasoned with salt. It was served with a red wine reduction sauce, which tasted like nothing and looked like congealed purple glop. My fiance had the sea bass, which once again was not seasoned with salt. The miso broth was a brown, flavorless water. I am not sure why the other reviewers seem to like this dish - bad taste? I did not taste the other dishes at our table, but the overall consensus from everyone was basically the same. Normally our group would have opted for a couple of desserts to share, but the food was so bad we just wanted to end this horrible experience."

"It was our son's 26th birthday. My husband took the waitress aside, slipped her $20 and said "do your best to embarrass him". There is a trendy bar, so the bar was filled with people and fairly noisy. We had reservations for our party of 6 and were seated immediately in a quiet area with dinner tables. We had 2 Marilyn Monroe versions of Happy Birthday by bar guests, an Elvis impression of Happy Birthday (dinner guest), a large group of vacationing ladies (from the bar), and a staff person with a lighted sparkler. Our food was delicious. 3 of us got grouper, 2 got tuna, one got halibut, and one got the bone in prime filet. I didn't expect it to be such a fun place, though we did pay extra. We will never forget this birthday!"

"We had a wonderful dinner at Cuvee Bistro. Outstanding food, wine and service. It was very busy as there were several large groups and the bar was packed, yet our food came out on time and wonderfully done. They have a vast wine list that has many wonderful choices for just about anything you could want. We were visited by several management staff, including one of the partners in the restaurant to make sure everything was to our liking--always a good sign of a very well run restaurant to me. Good place to go to get away from some of the more "touristy" restaurants in the area and have a nice dinner without any kids nearby."

"We choose this spot based on a review of restaurants on Open Table. We were not disappointed. The food was wonderful, especially the carpaccio appetizer and the scallop appetizer we made into a entree. I love to end a meal with an inspiring dessert and we were in love with the chocolate cake. Had one of the best espressos ever. We had a wonderful evening and it appeared that all around did as well. Enjoyed a bottle of Qupe Syrah --hadn't found Qupe except on travels in CA."

"It was a special anniversary and friends of our recommended Cuvee Bistro. We loved it. We had appetizers and drinks at the bar. It was fun and up beat. Then we were seated at our table. They put us in the back at a quiet, lovely spot. We enjoyed everything we had. The Scallops were superb and the filet was wonderful, especially the blue cheese sauce. I would highly recommend splurging on this wonderful dining experience."

"This atmospheric, amazing restaurant was amazing in every regard. This was our second visit to Cuvée and our server Jamie was just wonderful. She gave great recommendations and we waited for nothing! The pizzas are outstanding and the Grouper Vince is just heavenly. The wine list is outstanding and the bar is a serious hotspot with a really great happy hour every night. We can't wait to return next year!"

"I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time & I finally got the chance. I made reservations for my husband, I & my mother through "Open-Table" online. I noticed from other reviewers that the bar can be busy & noisy, so I requested a table away from the bar. Great choice! Cuvee Bistro is a wonderful, upscale & hip cafe. We ordered the eggplant & crab appetizer as well as the braised porkbelly. Wonderful & excellent selections! For our main entree we ordered the Grouper Vince & the evening seafood special. Oh, this food is to die for!!! Uniquely prepared fresh, fresh seafood & awesome sides using fresh herbs from their herb garden. For dessert we all split the White Chocolate Banana Cream Pie & it was one of the BEST desserts I'"

"Very nice, the food was good but I'm not sure if it was $100 good. I also told them ahead of time it was my husband's birthday, and once we got there I was just waiting for whatever they were going to do, and it never came. We were also asked questions by 3 different manager type people how it all was, and served by 2 different waiters. Just a lot of people bugging about the same thing. The place was pretty and upscale, but I wont be going again, not unless I have some cash to burn and a hunger for overpriced food. More of a older person place anyways."

"The rood and overall experience was wonderful. Service was over attentive to the point of being clf being cloying. I appreciated having the table cloth crumbed but after each course whether it needed it or not was a bit excessive. The take away at the end of the meal should be the memories of the food. Note to our server, relax.

"My wife and I enjoyed our time at this crowded bistro. The bar was absolutely rocking the whole time we were there. It was much more relaxed in the dining area. The service was very good, but not particularly friendly. The owner did come by to chat, which is always a sign of a restaurant that cares."

"My husband and our three kids (15, 12, 10) went for a special dinner on a weeknight. We loved everything we ordered and would have licked the plates if we could have. My fillet on the bone was probably the best cut of meat I'd ever eaten, with delicious garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. For such an expensive restaurant, I would have liked a few more veggies/sides. Though delicious, we didn't feel like the menu was especially ambitious or "foodie." Guess we watch too much Iron Chef and it spoils us, makes us expect more wow for an expensive place. Our waiter was very nice. Didn't flinch when our girls ordered appetizers and just a dish of creamed corn for their "mains." They are still raving about the corn. Nice ambience too."
