"We entered the restaurant, ordered a glass of wine, then ordered our meal. The service was too quick for us. We wanted to drink our wine and relax a bit. 3 minutes after we ordered our meal the main dish was served. Food was great. So if you want a great meal in a hurry, try PAZZO.. IF NOT IN A HURRY, BE SURE TO HOLD OFF ORDERING FOR A WHILE!"

"Food was hit and miss. Some items were good -- tomato parm soup, squash ravioli. Some not so much bruschetta. Chocolate cake was really chocolaty and perfect for chocolate lovers only. Others would find overwhelming.

"I have dined at Pazzo many times, never had a bad meal. the menu has changed some and the prices have gone up unfortunately, but it's still a nice spot for dinner.I would recommend it to anyone new to Naples.The wine list is exstensive, but they need to serve more choices white and red by the glass. The quartino idea seems to be a bargain, but it really isn't."

"This was a birthday treat for my husband and we were so pleasantly surprised by the menu, the wait staff and delicious menu choices. Absolutely the best veal & italian sausage with brocollini & sweet onlions in a wondrful sauce served with a really thick papadelli pasta. Delicious!!!! My Husband had their Veal Marsella, he could not stop raving about it. We tried several of their mini appitizers and both the artichoke one and the mozarella/tomatoe were very flavorful. Desserts were to die for.
Molten chocolate cake with ice cream and sauce and peanut butter & chocolate squares.....heaven on a dish. The wine menu has a lovely selection to choose from. Prices for everything is average for 5th Ave. Naples."

"As always Pazzo offers delicious food and a well trained wait staff. One of our favorite places to go. There is some outdoor seating. It is a happening spot in a very active downtown area. Great for people watching as you enjoy your dinner! The bar is always busy."

"This place is a top Naples Italian restaurant. We had dinner outside in a shaded, cool, street side area, that was quiet even though there were cars on the street. The waiter was very knowledgeable and personable. The pasta was fresh, and the kitchen added some favorite items to the dish I had ordered with no hassle whatsoever. The four of us uniformly praised the dinner and wine. I will continue to return to this place when I want excellent Italian food."

"No matter what I order it's always done to perfection. I'm a great cook and so many times I leave a restaurant wishing I just stayed home. Not at Pazzo. Everything on the menu is a treat! "Our server disappeared on more than one occasion as well as flat out lied to my daughter when he stated the mac n cheese was homemade when it was obviously a box of Kraft. My wife and I enjoyed our delicious meals but I would not bring my kids here gain."

"First time dining at Pazzo! Pleasantly surprised! Did not know that you had an early dining menu. WE ate early because we were going to a play. We are here all year so we will be back! Liked the idea being able to choose items from different menus. Service was excellent! Food was great."

"Our group event was made even more special because of the managerial staff who smiled as they brought us to our table, served a complimentary drink and promised us we'd have a great time. The food was delicious and the specialty cocktails were even better. I highly recommend Pazzo!"

"We're only an occasional visitor to Naples. Based on previous visits to Pazzo, we again selected it as our dining destination and as always were treated like a "regular" at both the bar and during our dinner. Our waiter, Michael, took extra care to make certain we had a great experience. Pazzo continues to be our restaurant of choice in Naples!!"

"The service was amazing. Our waitress made our experience. Great person, very helpful and gave us some great local hang outs to head to afterwards. Went out of her way to make our experience great.

"I look forward to Pazo every year. The food was excellent and the service was as well. The only downside was the temperature. It was freezing. It would have been nice to linger however I wanted to get outside to warm up. Next year I'll try to remember a sweater!"

"Pazzo is a good spot. My issue was at the end of the meal when I received my bill. They automatically added gratuity of 20% with my group of 5 or more. I guess I'm okay with that but when 4 of them are your kids who ordered of the kids menu it would have been nice to see them look the other way. It's also a big assumption to assume I received service worthy of 20%. They also added the gratuity on top of the wine which is already marked up to restaurant prices. They do a great job with the food. But based on the service at the end of the meal around the bill and what are a bit deceitful practices there are other places in Naples that are just as good who will get my business moving forward."

"My family of four ate at Pazzo! twice this week. We had two different servers, different meals both times, and had the same results. The food arrived quickly and tasted spectacular. Staff was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The ambiance was relaxing and comfortable. This restaurant is always packed and for good reason."
