"This restaurant is inside a large multiscreen movieplex. Patrons can eat before or after the film OR order either take out from the restaurant menu or purchase prepared food from an attractive kiosk. When we arrived the bar was quite busy and the restaurant was more than half full.
Our waiter asked us about our movie time to best serve us. The menu was a combination of upscale entrees and "bar food" items such as as pizza, sliders, wraps etc. The food was average, the service was good until we waited a long time for the bill and our movie was only minutes away by then. The ambiance was nothing to speak of.

"Went to Bogart's with a group of 8 coworkers. We were taken to a separate room with banquet, round tables that was loud and filled with nothing but large groups. Reservation was for 8pm . It took 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink orders & another 10 minutes before bringing our drinks. We ordered our meal. It took 35-45 minutes to get our food. We were also left alone for 10-15 minutes at a time. They left their pitchers of soda on the counter by our table so we filled our own glasses. The food finally came & we ate &everybody told me their food was delicious. We finished eating just in time to make our movie that started at 10pm. Asked for the check and that came out immediately. Why was check the only thing that was quick?"

"We have been there many times but I will now hesitate to return. The service was non existent despite the fact the restaurant was empty. The waiter was totally inattentive and uncaring. The food was brought cold and dried out and was returned warmer but awful. They did not even give credit for my reservation being made through Open Table and listed me and the other 5 in my party as no shows. I can understand if the restaurant were busy but that was not the case."

"The best service I have had in any restaurant in a while. The server was always checking in. The drink refills kept coming. He was knew the menu. Had a nice personality and smile. My only issue was I ordered the steak sandwich. Mostly bread but dryyyy and meat grizzly and so hard to eat. Had to ask for steak knife and it DID NOT HELP. I would of sent back or ordered something else, but we had to get to a movie and most of all it was Valentines Day and didnt want to ruin the beautiful night my husband set up for us. My husband had a steak dinner and I tasted it. Wonderful, juicy and potatoes were delish."

it used to be a great place pre or post movie but has gone way down in

"We enjoyed our meal prior to seeing a movie. The server was attentive, the food came out quickly and the salads and wraps were delicious. We had not eaten at Bogart's for a while but would definitely come back."
