Cafe on the Green at the Four Seasons Dallas
Considered one of Dallas’ leading restaurants serving the finest American cuisine and steaks, Cafe on the Green is the main restaurant at the award-winning Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. The warmly sophisticated restaurant overlooks the lush resort grounds and resort swimming pool. It offers an array of seating preferences from intimate tables for two to private dining rooms for up to 20. Executive Chef Christof Syre and Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Rivera are big personalities at the restaurant and each of them has influenced the menu that features the freshest local produce, seafoods and steaks. Desserts are the creation of Four Seasons’ renowned Executive Pastry Chef Randy Gehman. The Café is ideal for romantic dinners, celebrations or casual dining with friends. An important note is that Master Sommelier James Tidwell is often available during dinner to personally talk to guests and consult on their wines selections. Recently rated a Forbes Four Star.
"Hands down, the best Sunday Brunch in the DFW Metroplex can be found at Cafe on the Green, at the Four Seasons Resort Irving, TX. Delicious cuisine, wide spectrum of brunch offerings available buffet-style. Offerings range from traditional breakfasts, to meats, salads, pastas, an entire room full of pastries, and an impressive array of fresh seafoods. The service is attentive & professional. Live jazz performance ends at 1:30 PM, so get there early. Brunch ends at 3:00 PM. HIGHLY Recommended!"

Review 4 for Cafe on the Green at the Four Seasons Dallas
"Took my Family to Cafe on the Green at the Four Seasons, Las Colinas, where we enjoyed an outstanding Sunday Brunch! The food was delicious! There was an unbelievable selection of brunch options to choose from, all expertly prepared. We were only able to try a small portion of what was available. Roast prime rib, sushi, omelette station, crab claws, breakfast sausages & bacon, boiled shrimp, salad station, smoked salmon, eggs benedict on flaky pastry, fresh fruits, breads/pastries, and an unbelievable dessert selection, and more, much more. The service provided was exceptional. Great live jazz group performed. The Cafe on the Green at the Four Seasons offers a lovely dining environment, with brilliantly prepared, delicious food."

Review 5 for Cafe on the Green at the Four Seasons Dallas
"The food was delicious and unique and the service was perfect. Love the atmosphere and the hotel is great but it did kinda have this hotel-y feel to it. It never felt like we were at a 4 star restaurant, it just felt like we were in a hotel eating."

Review 6 for Cafe on the Green at the Four Seasons Dallas
"Could not have been more pleased. The service from beginning to end was superb. The food tastey and well presented. Where there for lunch. A very nice buffet and menu. We ordered from the menu, as the Texas farm raised Red Fish sounded good and it was. My wife had the braised short ribs--excellent too. We had a very relaxing time."
