"Braza Dancante was a very nice place for us to celebrate Mother's Day. The men and children enjoyed the food as well making it a hit for everyone. An added bonus was the entertainment - a gentleman named Rodney - I think - who sang and played the baritone sax and electric guitar as well. Lovely ambiance. Perhaps a bit pricey for everyday, but worth it for a special occasions."

"Braza Dancante came highly recommended from a number of friends. I chose the Saturday before Mother's Day as a perfect opportunity for a first visit.
My initial impression was very good. Booking reservations through "Open Table" was extremely easy. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were immediately greeted by a hostess, who was very friendly, and brought to our table where we were again, immediately greeted by our server, John. John was very friendly , he took our drink orders, explained the "nuances" of dining at Braza Dancante. John gave a very thorough explanation about the salads, sides,and meats served that evening and was even quite knowledgable about ingredients that made up the rolls and other intriguing items on the menu."

"We reserved a table for 3 in advance, our table was not even enough for 2 of us and a high chair, it was way congested! For 1st 15 minutes no one bothered to ask for anything and once the service started the meat supply was way too slow. We would finish and wait and wait and wait for someone to come and serve us food. Not sure how this restaurant will stay in market to compete with such low quality meat, small size salad bar and slow service."

"I was able to book at 7:00 reservation for 2 on Open Table. When I called the next day to make sure you had received my note about using a voucher, I was told that there was a private event until 8:30. I wasn't given the option to dine on the patio or come before the private party. It was 8:30 or nothing... When we arrived the restaurant 15 minutes early, it was pretty much empty except for 2 other couples (also using their vouchers). The buffet was sparse; no sushi to be found. The service was exceptional, the drinks were great (and well priced), and the meat was wonderful. My only complaint was not being able to get a table earlier even though I was able to make a reservation at 7."

"Waiter was not up to snuff - took too long to bring beverages, clean plates, screwed up our billing Twice. Artist playing piano and guitar was outstanding - wide repatoire and just the right volume. Food - quite good with a wider selection than most Brazilian-style locales. After hours - after 10 the place turns into a club atmosphere with ghetto/ gangsta music. Fun to watch."

"Went with another couple. Food was excellent, our waiter was fabulous, the ambiance was so romantic. Little did we know that it was prom weekend (our home is 150 miles away). We could easily hold a conversation. We had no idea about the live music (acoustic guitar). He was wonderful- even took requests. Looking forward to returning!!"

"Food was excellent, service was good. Do not waste your stomach on the salad bar (although there are several really good selections there). The waiters come around with 17 different choices of meat and they are, in a word, DELICIOUS! The meats are seasoned and cooked very well and you will not go hungry, as the waiters stop by every few minutes to bring more. Our waiter was ok. In a brazilian restaurant I assume the waiter doesn't have to do much except bring us our drinks and the check so I can't say much about him other than he was a bit underwhelming. They have a stage where they play live music as well which adds to the atmosphere. Definitely worth going to again!"

"The quality of the food is excellent! The service is great, but you have to ask for any cuts of meat that you really want. Otherwise, they seem to only bring out the most popular. "It goes without saying that you have to like meat to come here and if you do then you won't be disappointed...fabulous '50 item' salad bar (1st time I've seen beef stroganov defined as 'salad') & fabulous cuts of meat (not forgetting the roasted pineapple) which can be cooked to your liking (excellent customer service here). Live music topped the meal off nicely & if you can manage a dessert then you're 'a better man than I am Gunga Din'. We loved it and will undoubtedly go back...and this time I won't eat during the day so I can indulge myself gastronomically."

"We had a reservation, got there and were seated quickly, however, we had to wait quite awhile for a waiter/server to talk with us and take our drink order, brought us the house wine for Pinot Noirs,I've bought 5 dollar wines from the store that tasted better, and they had very few of the well know brands that most people would know. We had to ask how everything worked. Our server finally gave us the information we needed, but only after we asked pointed questions. We have eaten at a well known Dallas restaurant that this was based on, however, this was a poor imitation of that one. The prices were very high for the service we received. Had I known I would pay this much, I would have gone to Dallas.

"Food was fine. Service was very good. If you can eat a ton of food this is the place to go. If you don't want to leave in a meat coma then it's a tad overpriced . Some of the meat cuts were tendor and tasty and some were very tough/fatty/salty. I was very middle of the road on this. There's very little ambiance. For the price you would think this would be a very upscale locale. Over $100 for two seems a bit excessive."

"My boyfriend and I had always wanted to go here ever since they opened. I brought up Brazas when we were discussing places to go for Valentines Day. We went back and forth on whether we would go, and I'm so glad we did. We went during lunch since it was cheaper than dinner. We were so impressed with the great service and the quality of the food. We loved the bacon wrapped chicken and garlic pork. The cheese bread and dessert were delicious. Our waiter was wonderful and my only complaint was that he forgot to bring us mashed potatoes. He noticed we were there for a special occasion and only came by a few times to silently refill our drinks. It was a very nice lunch. We were completely satisfied with our date and we will definitely return."

"The food was great well atheist what I got to taste. We were there for more than an hr and did not get to taste everything. It took so long between the times the guys came around with the skewers and it seemed when they did it was almost always the special sirloin. Also we asked for our meat to be cooked medium well and only one time we were brought something that was more than mid rare and that wash well done. Also I don't remember our servers name be he wad horrible. We sat with empty drinks most of the night cause we could not ever find him."

"Bad PR. Travel Zoo deal says you cant combine 2 coupons in one table. There were 6 in our group. We made one reservation for 2 people and the other reservation was for 4 people. When we got to the restaurant, hostess told us that it's OK for us to all sit together knowing that we had the 2 travel zoo coupons. Come time to pay, they insisted that we cannot combine the two coupons despite explaining to them that the hostess told us it was OK to do so earliet. We ended up paying for the whole price of the 2 other guests. Left the restaurant very unhappy. Food was mediocre at best. I will stick to Rafain's or Texas de Brazil."

"Service very disappointing. Had a reservation and still had to wait 25 minues. Manager appologized, but then it took 20 minutes to get our cocktails (and one missed). Food very good but meat servers do not come around very often. Very irritating that they automatically added a 20% gratuity even though we had no coupons, no vouchers and only 5 people. "Braza has always been fairly good each time we have gone there however this time we only wanted the salad bar and we were disappointed in the fact that there were only two pieces of sushi on the bar when we arrived and it was never restocked with any additional during our entire meal. Service by our waiter was excellent - and we were concerned that it might not be good since we were only ordering the salad bar."

"Would have preferred to leave my own amount of gratuity instead of the waiter charging me. To me that is very tacky. Thats telling me I have to give him that much. I might have given more had it been my choice instead of being told what to give. Won't go back."

"First let me say the food was good. Very flavorful and cooked to perfection for choice selection. If I was reviewing the food only it would have scored very high. Their big problem is there service. When you are accustomed to Brazilian steak houses like Fogo and Texas de Brazil, you get used to a certain level of excellence. And Braza falls very short. Our waiter was sat several tables in a row and forgot about us on many occasions. Too long of intervals for meat selections to come out. We never saw the beef, pork ribs or the leg of lamb. And we had to request the table set up that comes with the meal and it came 10 mins after request. Braza has too much competition for every experience not be good."
