"This place is great for burgers and fries but stay away from ordering salad...the caesar dressing tasted mostly of mayonnaise - yuck! Would certainly go back for the beer selection alone."

"Never got a chance to eat dinner. After being seated, we waited over 30 minutes at our table, with servers passing by us without a glance in our direction. Finally, we attempted to flag one down, but were still ignored. We left the restaurant, and I told the front desk what happened. She called me 10 minutes later, offering us a free dinner, but by that point we were almost home. As local Monterey residents who go out for dinner frequently, my 2 teenagers, wife and I have never had service this bad before. I would not recommend this establishment."

"Server was attentive but disappeared as the dinner progressed.
Wings came out promptly and were spicy. A few minutes later they brought our entrees. Luckily the kids had salads so they could wait.
Fish and chips, a lot of fries and decent portion of fish. Flavorful but too oily. Oil needs to be hotter.
Garlic fries were good but oily. Fryer issues.

Salads were a good size and had decent portions.
Beer was not very cold, but they have a big selection.
This is the second time I have been here and I am not impressed with the quality. I will not be back again. This is a tourist area, they need to up the quality of their food or they won’t be around for the next tourist season."

"We sat in the bar which you would of thought would be noisy. The music was loud but you didn't get the normal everyone shouting at each to hear like you do in some other bars. My husband noticed soundboard on the ceiling which must absorb some sound. We came for the beer and were not disappointed. Great selection at great prices. The service matched the beer. Awesome! I have never been to a brewery with such great service. You have a awesome staff. Friendly and professional but cool at the same time. Is cool still a good word to use?"

"Terrible service - in the corner where we set, three parties who arrived after us were served before. The food was partially OK, but stay away from anything fried - it was merely huge clumps of batter soaked heavily in oil - inedible. Also, this is not a cheap place - especially given low quality."

"Decent food, nothing spectacular. The salad that accompanied my burger seems to have had a strict lime juice dressing = extremely tangy and sour. Not sure if that's by design, but I've tasted better.
Was surprised how high their beer prices were, even for a basic beer like Blue Moon.
Note: this is only my *opinion."
