Jack and Giulio's Italian restaurant has remained a favorite of San Diegans for many years. This popular restaurant, formerly known as Giulio's of Pacific Beach, has proudly served the "Best Scampi" since 1961. In addition to this popular dish, this family-owned and operated restaurant offers many homemade pastas, veal, poultry, beef, and seafood specialties.

"The Veal Marsala that I had and the Lasagna that my wife chose were kind of pricey, but had very good flavor. Our server lacked the helpful and out-going personality that is best for this type of career. I would dine there again if I get a craving for these dishes."

"I was given the hotel where the President of our company (Richmond, VA) and our local management officers (Phoenix, AZ) were staying to visit a specific customer in the San Diego area. I live in Murrieta, CA so I am not familiar with that area. I Googled the local restaurants and liked your website, the pictures and comments the best, so I took a chance. Boy, did I hit the jackpot. Everybody loved the food, the service and the ambiance. I was complimented very highly by all of the great place I chose. All within walking distance from the Marriott Courtyard. It is my intent to dine there with my wife in the very near future."

"We had an outstanding meal at Jack and Giulio's. I had the Scampi Giulio and my husband had the Scampi Fra Diavolo. Both were excellent although next time I will request my side of pasta without sauce so that I can soak up every drop of the delicious scampi sauce. My husband expressed that some bread would have made his dish perfect as he also wanted to savor every drop of his sauce. Our server was attentive but had absolutely no personality and never smiled. We did, however, witness other servers being very friendly. All in all, we had a lovely meal and we will certainly be back!"
