"Food was delicious. We decided to come through a whole list of apps and skipped the entrees but all the apps were great. Would order any of them again. Probably would have eaten and drank more (and spent more) if we had better service. And the place was mostly empty on a weeknight. Big, open space with hard surfaces so it was a bit loud, especially if you're seated near the kitchen. With nicer weather, outside would probably be great, assuming the server could find you out there."

"Been coming here for years, service of waiters still very good, clearly trained. Food level still quite good too, I was actually pleasantly surprised since last time I went I thought it had gone down. Lobster crepe still delicious, as are wasabi mashed potatoes, duck spring roll, steamed veggies side with that amazing sauce still hits the spot, fried banana desert still the best, key lime/coconut pie was fine, nothing to write home about. Overall good experience!"

"Although the current rage is Asian-Fusion, Baang appears a skeleton of the previous Asian craze. The outside appearance is tired as is the interior space which could be made welcoming. The menu has some delicious and inventive items, and are delicious but some are overcooked. Our waiter was attentive but forgot to bring one of our appetizers. I was also overwhelmed with the size of our coffees/capuccinos which also has an extra-large price of $4 and $5 respectively. Though the meal was good, our visit will probably not be repeated."

"They were understaffed but the waitress told us from the beginning and you could see other team members stepping in to help. So service was a bit slow but the atmosphere and quality of the food made up for it by far. One of my favorite restaurants. A little pricy but well worth it and great for a treat."

"Server was flippant and seemingly overwhelmed but he wasn't hustling.
Hostess was very nice.

Heard good things about this place but it was a disappointment. I hinted to the waiter that we were waiting a while for him between courses, between refills. He dropped the check & it took 9 minutes before I got up & brought him my credit card to the bar where he was making 2 drinks and the bartender was talking to the only patron. I won't be back."

"We made a reservation about 10 days in advance and they sat us next to a very cold revolving door when there were many open tables. The place is noisy and we could not really hear each other and we were cold. Our waiter never checked on us after the food was served forgot our drink order then made a snide remark and then made like it was a big deal that it was on the house. We have been there many times and would not return there are a lot of options that are much more worth the expensive menu. Might I say a bit over priced."
