"I had the Sake marinated Sea Bass, a chef specialty. Was fantastic. I will have this again. Waited on by Angel who is a special young man. Absolutley KNOWS how to care for his customer without being pushy. Will make suggestions and be attentive to your needs, be it a specialty fork, or crystal sugar sticks for your coffee. Makes for a special evening."

"My wife and I made a reservation for 5:30pm. We walked from another casino in cold windy weather only to get there and have to wait 30mins for them to open. It was explained that the delay was due to a menue change and they were late getting the new menues. As for the food, my wife ordered the filet an it was fine I ordered the ribeye medium and half the steak was fat. At $100 buck tab I would have expected better."

"Once again, The Reservr didn't disappoint. A perfect strio steak and great sides, followed by their perfect apple pie for dessert. The steaks are always perfect and cooked exactly as ordered, and the lobster mac and cheese is a great accompaniment. Service is also a very strong point, as their staff is very skilled and attentive. AJ was my waiter on my most recent visit, he definitely met the high service standards of the restaurant."

"Wow.I don`t know what happened here.It was our FAVE steakhouse in AC. Service was absoltely not a problem the staff was great.The FOOD quality has gone down and neither one of our steaks (we were 2) were to our liking...In fact,I ordered the ribeye,and the only meat I like well.I ordered well,I feel like they found an old piece of meat in the back somewhere.It had a `less than fresh` taste.My DW Filet Mig was undercooked but not enough to warrant the dreaded send back.They took off our favorite all time desert (Godiva mousse). The bread basket here changed as well (not for the better). Very dissapointed in food quality this time...I may return to see if it was a one off (this was a Sat night and not very busy) but only comps"

"The food was excellent except the fact that my steak was extremely overcooked and then after I sent it back it came out very under cooked. The server Richard was very sweet, energetic and attentive. But the next day I realized my credit card was charged three times for 3 different amount and no one at the restaurant can be bothered to return a phone call with an explanation or resolution. Not only The Reserve, but Bally's as a whole has lost my business in the future."

"The meals we have eaten at The Reserve always exceed our expectations. The restaurant menu included prime rib, my favorite meat. It was nicely cooked, very tender, and not overly seasoned. I would have chosen a vegetable other than brussel sprouts, but they were tasty. The scallop soup was excellent, with a blend of different flavors. Two types of cheesecake topped off the meal, one with chocolate coating. Can't say enough about this restaurant and the care that Chef Joseph puts into creating each experience."

"My wife and I went to AC for a couple of nights to take advantage of restaurant week. We ate at 3 Casino Steakhouses (the Steakhouse and the Palm) and the Reserve was the most enjoyable evening! "We were seated promptly, along the windowed wall, with a great view of a small park and casinos on the other side.
Noise was not bad, especially considering that the restaurant was full.
The waiters were very personable, but appeared to have too many tables.

"Unfortunately the only good thing about dinner was the bread basket. We had the wedge salad and did not like the dressing. The prime rib was fatty and the filet had no taste. The side dishes were awful. The garlic mashed potatoes were cold and the creamed spinach had an odd nutmeg taste. To top it off I ordered a frozen margarita and it came in a rock glass. We will not eat at this restaurant again."

"We chose the highly advertised 4 course special menu. It was now a 3 course menu. First courses and dessert were fine. The main course consisted of small servings of very overcooked fish and a small, tough filet, without the advertised side dishes.The server did not check on us. When we brought this to the attention of the hostess who stopped by our table,the side dishes eventually appeared, but we were almost finished with the main course by this time. The hostess apologized for the problems and bought all of us an after-dinner drink. That was nice, but the fault was with the kitchen, not the hostess."

"the food was very good and prepared to our liking as ordered. the service was top notch and Richard our waiter was unbeatable and right on the ball. I commend his knowledge of the menu and wine list. the noise level was moderate although the resturant was not all that crowded on a thursday night. The view although night time was scenic with the other casinos all a glow. Very much liked the dessert."
