Tombo Grille is the neighborhood restaurant of Forest Acres. We offer what we like to call creative comfort food. All of your favorites - with an interesting twist. Different, yet familiar. We prepare an array nightly specials inspired by seasonal fresh local ingredients. Tombo Grille also features a wonderful collection of wines to compliment any meal. "Delicious meal with nice atmosphere. Food was perfectly prepared and the service was very good. We had the scallop appetizer which came with 3 large scallops that were cooked to perfection and served with a mouth-watering cream sauce. As our entrees, my husband had the salmon which he enjoyed and I had the pork tenderloin which was grilled and served with a wonderful demi-glace and a delicious combination of brussel sprouts, onions and spinach. The desserts sounded so good, we couldn't resist splitting one. I'm SO glad we did! We chose the salted butterscotch blondie which was served warm with vanilla ice cream. It was out of this world and a delicious ending to a wonderful meal."

"The food at Tombo Grille is outstanding. Their wine list is quite good. I've had 3 experiences eating there, and in each case the food was of great quality. My most recent trip was on Valentine's Day, and unfortunately the service was NOT so good. After a wonderful salad and their fresh bread, it took a full 25 minute to receive the main dish. A problem in the kitchen was never acknowledged to us, and when the meal arrived a full 20 minutes after the waitress had said "your meal will be out shortly", nothing was ever said about why the delay happened. I probably would have not thought too much of the issue, as it WAS Valentine's Day, but 5 other couples who arrived after we did received their meals before we did. I was NOT happy."

"Went during Columbia's Restaurant Week and truly enjoyed it! I had the macaroni and cheese appetizer and it may be the best I've ever had. It was DELICIOUS! I also had the Shrimp & Grits with Collard Greens; again a great dish. I was full and wasn't able to finish it but I had it the next day at home and it tasted just as great. Tombo Grille is a hidden treasure among Columbia restaurants. Will definitely be returning soon."
