"We have eaten at Biaggi's both in Champaign and Bloomington, Il several times. This is the first time I cannot give a very good to the food. I ordered the Chicken cannelloni and the chicken was gristly and the dish was not hot and bubbly. In fact is was barely lukewarm. I will say the restaurant was very busy that evening, but still not excuse for not serving hot food."

"I have been dining in this restaurant several time and the food is always very good. Unfortunately this time the server (Liz) was absolutely bad. She took the order wrong twice, forgot to refill the water, didn't offer dessert or coffee at the end of the meal. Maybe the worst dining experience ever. Unfortunately I had two guests with me and it was embarrassing."

"The food was excellent. The wait staff was adequate. We eat at Biaggi's regularly and have noticed that the food is beginning to be overpriced. Our bills (for 2) are typically around $60.00. Our bill on Saturday was $90.00. For this type of "relaxed" dining, that is too high. If we are going to spend @$100.00 for a meal, we will go elsewhere."

"Dinner at Biaggi's was wonderful yet again. Prices are incredibly reasonable compared to comparable items a mere 2 hours north. Great pork chops and filet. The shrimp with my dish had a light coating of parmesan cheese and olive oil which was incredibly delicious and NOT fried. You can't beat the bread! I just need to save more room for dessert next time. ;)"

"Our family love Biaggi food so we reserved a table of four on Christmas eve. This time I mentioned in Opentable that one of our people is a newborn. Service and food were fantastic as before. But at beginning, we were introduced to a corner w/ heavy traffic nearby while there're plenty unreserved table in the centre. Our infant carseat can barely fit in the seat. The usher lady suggest to shift the table but made seats on the other side much narrower. We were eventually changed to a roomy table with carseat sit on a support frame, after 10min wondering till the 2nd frontdesk lady showing up. It could have been avoided if my resv note was noticed. Overall it was a pleasant experience despite our disappointment at initial table location."

"Our food was good, but as it was a busy weekend and we made our reservations the same day we were stuck in the corner of a side room for our dinner. The location was uncomfortable and cramped. All that said, the food was very good and our server was friendly and helpful. All orders arrived as ordered in a reasonable amount of time. "while a good meal is usually found at Biaggi's this visit was totally disappointing. We were seated in a tiny back room with poor lighting which was very crowded and noisy. The service was slow and in my wife's dish the so-called carmellized onions were barely cooked which threw the taste of the dish off and the chicken in her dish had gristle in it.We booked the dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday and the event was not recognized."
