"We had never been here before. We had an early dinner 5:30, before a show. We were pleasantly surprised. The ambiance of the room was very nice and we were seated by the fireplace. The waiter was excellent as was the food. There were four of us and we each enjoyed our meal. No complaints. We would come dine here again."

"food was good, and the service alright. We we seated right away by a very friendly hostess. The noise level was so loud that we could not hear each other even though we were sitting right next to one another. I do not think we will spend much time at this restaurant."

"Nice ambience, great Art Deco design (although a little worn) in spots. Food was very good and I can see going with a group to this place. The fact that there is an OTB upstairs (paid admission so it's nicely kept) was a plus...a nice way to end the evening. Will likely return."

"The food was outstanding but the time to even see a waiter for a introduction or if we needed a drink was 14 minuites. then after ordering it took 25 to 30 minuites . i asked the waiter what was going on and he replied that their should be 4 waiter on a sat. night but only two was working . I also feel the lighting was very poor for a easter dinner ."

"Food was top notch. There were 4 of us. Relaxing comfortable atmosphere. Only negative is service is slow. We actually prefer that, However, if you are in a rush or do not enjoy 2 hour dinners, it could be a problem."

"This was an unknown restaurant to us. The decor and ambiance was wonderful and the roaring fire was perfect on a very cold winters night. The service was outstanding. The food choices were varied enough around standard offerings, the presentation of the food were well thought and bold. I would recommed for a romantic evening or for a table of friends."
