"Service here is consistently slow if you are ordering something other than sushi. At our most recent visit, for example, 1 person ordered sushi, which came in about 5 minutes. The other 2 entrees of hibachi steak and tempura shrimp came 20 minutes after that, long after person 1 had finished his meal. They don't seem to understand that entrees should come simultaneously, and they don't explain why some entrees take so long. The food itself is very good, though."

"It was a wonderful experience for my daughter who is 12. This was my second time having Hibachi style Japanese and I thought it was nice. Yes I would go again but this time I would wait to tip. None of the other people at our table tipped and they received more food and when the vegetables were portioned out, I got two pieces of broccoli and squash, one piece of carrot and the rest was onions (a lot of onions!). I did get full, but still wish that I could have had more like everyone else. The server said this was his second day and I don't know if that was true or if he was just not very good.
Overall, I liked the food it was very tasty!"

"Reservations at Osaka are laughable. Every time we have gone, no matter the location we have waited at least :30 with a reservation. The food is fine, but nothing stellar. Ambiance is good, but doesn't stand out from beni Hana."

"Great Sushi, good prices for happy hour. The only complaint is that the hibachi grill entertainment is SO LOUD. Hard to carry on a conversation in the other parts of the restaurant while a "show' is going on at a hibachi table. I mean...deafening."

"I have been to this location a handful of times and I have never had a complaint until just recently. I was disappointed in the lack of accuracy in availability. I had made reservations for an 8 pm dinner on a Saturday night. When we arrived in time for our reservation, we were told we would be seated in about 20 minutes. That 20 minutes actually turned into a 50 minute wait. I'm assuming that it was, in part, due to a huge group that was there when we arrived taking up the majority of the habachi tables, but was never told why it would be such a long wait.

Because of this experience, I will probably call ahead to ensure that we will be seated shortly after the reservation time."

"We arrived a little before our reservation time and we were seated right away. I was pleased to find out that they had specials going on for sushi during dinner time! We ordered a boat load, literally it was served in a boat, and they were all amazing! There were also drink specials going on for wine and beer. One person at the table ordered a hibachi meal and that did take a little longer to get to the table and the server apologized for the wait. Overall, we were very happy with the food and the service!"

"We had a reservation for 4 at 6:30. We did not get our table until after 7, so that was a bit frustrating. They seemed too busy for their staffing. We had to wait quite awhile for our drinks as well. It is very loud there, they sing happy birthday ALOT and it is loud, loud , loud! The people who prepare the food are amazing and so is the food. So...for the food, I would definatley go back. Not so much for the service."

"The food was very good and the service was outstanding. However, it was FREEZING in the restaurant. We wore our coats the whole time and got out as fast as we could. Don't go when it's really cold outside, apparently the double doors are broken."
