Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minneapolis/St. Paul features Technique Restaurant (formerly The Minnesota Room), an on-campus, open-to-the-public restaurant which is run by our students. All aspects of the food service and preparation are executed under the supervision of our chef instructors.
