"The Wine Bar has a nice combination of upscale ambiance, very unique dishes and friendly service. We had scallops with red beet risotto as a main course - delicious! We had not been to Wine Bar for awhile - we will be returning soon."

"The Wine Bar is a fantastic spot for a group or for a date with your honey. The atmosphere is elegant and open with a pianist playing. The food was delicious...scallops, fish, duck all were delicious! I would definitely recommend!"

"My wife and I went to the Wine Bar for our 5th anniversary. We had a great evening - the service was very prompt, ambiance was wonderful and the food was delicious.
The martinis were made to perfection and wine list was as much as you could ask for. We can't wait to go back!"

"We went to The Wine Bar as a last minute decision. It is about 45 minutes from our house, but worth the trip! The staff, both at the bar and the restaurant were friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special night out."

"Eagerly anticipated an evening at the restaurant after reading so many good reviews. Should have been warned of steep staircase to the second floor.Nice decor and the tables were adequately spaced apart for privacy but the noise from the bar was loud. Our server was attentive and came back several times during our meal to check on our satisfaction. Appetizers of duck confit and tuna tartare were outstanding and my halibut was delicious. My dining partner's seared scallops with beet risotto were in need of seasoning and just bland. Desserts were average and the cappuccino machine wasn't working properly and was watery. In fairness, they did take it off the bill. Won't be rushing back anytime soon."

"The Wine Bar is one of our favorites.
Our dinner was wonderful - The frenched pork chop with basmati rice was juicy and delicious. My wife's halibut was great. Accompanied by a great bottle if pinot noir and it was a great night. Casey was wonderful on the piano as always.

"A great restaurant in the Atlantic Highlands. Food was outstanding, well presented, service was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive. The decor was very nice and a good crowd, no loud abnoxious people.
