"My friends would say I'm food-fussy, but there was nothing for me to fuss about here. Everything was fantastic. I took my parents here for Mother's Day and we all enjoyed it. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Check it out!"

"We went for Mother's Day brunch. They had a pre-set menu with enough choices that everyone in our group found exactly what they wanted. All three courses were delicious. Great presentation, cooked perfectly, a ton of flavor. Loved it and will definitely go back."

"Very disappointed this visit. Normally happy with food and service. Made a 7:30 reservation. Seemed reasonable that this was early enough that they would not be out of their weekend-only Prime Rib. The place was bare. Only 5 tables in restuarant were being occupied. We had a difficult time getting service. Drinks took at least 30 mins to arrive. When waiter finally took our food order, they had "run out" of everything we ordered. Prime rib and multiple vegetable side dishes. No apololgies from waiter. Nothing. Just "We are already out of that. Anything else you want?" Ummm no. We came especially for prime rib but basically had to settle for Pork chop or Rib Eye. Will not be back."

"Had not been here since restaurant was Charlie Newtons. Food was good but not outstanding. My husband had the original chicken fry steak...more bread coating than meat. My meatloaf was very tasty. Service was okay, a little slow. Waiter was not really attentive or engaged."

"Our first time experience at Kyle's for dinner was a bit disappointing. The food was good, especially the crab cake and shrimp cocktail, however our chicken picatta entree was so overloaded with the taste of cream that it was hard to eat. The atmosphere was quiet, TOO quiet--you could hear every other diners conversations, and they could hear ours. The atmosphere could be improved with a some festive music. The wine list is lacking and the service was somewhat inattentive, even though they weren't busy. Our plates from our appetizers were never removed from the table. On a positive note, the breads were divine!!! The homemade rolls and apple butter made the meal. I would definitely return for lunch, and order something different."

"We went on Valentine's night and had a reservation. They sat us down in the bar area. The couch that I sat on was low enough to the table that I could've put my chin on the table and I am 6.2. It took us a good 30-45 min to get our appetizers and then another 20 minutes to get our main course. The only saving grace was the food. With the exception of the appetizers and the fried spinach... it was very good. I ordered a shrimp cocktail and only got three shrip with my order. The fried spanich had to much batter on it. The filet was very good and the brandy ice was amazing. Service was poor only because they had one waiter for 6 tables & he had to make drinks for the rest of restaurant. Poor personell planning will keep us from coming back."

"This was our second trip to Kyle's. The first time We went was on New Years Eve when they had a special menu. We enjoyed the food, the staff and the environment for that evening. When we back this past weekend, the menu was their normal menu and the food was enjoyable, the service, though running a waiter short, was on top of things and enjoyable. I really like this place for its quietness, food, drinks and welcoming atmosphere. It is a lovely place to go with friends where you can eat, drink and visit without having to yell across the table."
