Tuscany is all about authentic Italian comfort flavors, superb, but affordable wines, and exceptional, engaging service. All provided in a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests of any age, whether on business or pleasure, traveling alone or with family, are encouraged to share in a journey of Italian cuisine guided by an attentive service staff, using an array of menu combinations comprised of mouth-watering small plates, generous sharing dishes, and individual entrees.
We specialize in creating hand-crafted pizzas, pastas, and cheeses, as well as delightful house-made desserts prepared by the resort’s National Pastry Champions. Our seasonal menu focuses on locally grown produce and products, fresh from farms such as McClendon, Crow’s Dairy, and Queen Creek Olive Mill, as well as our very own organic herb garden.

"I must say that the food at Tuscany was very good, the issue that I encountered was with timely service from the kitchen. I had a party of 5 (customer, his wife and 2 kids) for a business/social dinner. Nearly 2.5 hours to get our entrees (chicken fingers for he 2 kids, 2 past dishes, a Osso Bucco). There was very poor communication, the waitress did her best to keep us happy (drinks, etc) but the issue was never addressed during the wait.
When the meals finally were ready, the manager served them. I guess this was supposed to impress us - it actually heightened the dissatisfaction. The manager should have engaged us during the delay, instead of ignoring the issue. Tuscany comped the meal, but the lack of communication was glaring."

"Good, hearty Italian cuisine. Nothing fancy, but tasty. Had the mussels (a bit on the small side), which were the best part of the meal - sauce was fantastic. Pasta dishes were good. Service was very friendly, but a somewhat slow."

"we came expecting a wonderful experience as we had always gotten at Desert Springs in CA. we were disappointed when we were handed a tiny 1 page menu!! :( then we were told no specials. our drinks came, good wine. good Caesar Salad. however our forks & knives were taken as we had used them. then the food came & i had to ask for silverware.
so we won't return. :("

"We used to like this place and have dined here for years when visiting the hotel and attached villas. But the food and service this time disappointed. Cold pasta, and otherwise medicre food. Server was nice but a little robotic."

"Although the restaurant boasts having a number of gluten free dining options, they did not indicate that those options were devoid of flavor or appeal. Gluten free food can be very tasty and well prepared just go to True Food Kitchen if you doubt my assertion. Unfortunately, this was a classic hotel restaurant--thoroughly mediocre and the wine list options and pricing were a joke. Never again."

"Compliments to your service staff, excellent job. The physical restaurant is very attractive. 2 in our party ordered the Veal, not so good, tough and too thick. We also had scallops, very good, and salads, very good. I live in town and was meeting a guest staying with you. I would not make this a destination restaurant for myself but it was satisfactory for a "hotel restaurant""
