"Fabiolus Cucina? Trust me, it was fabulous. We were looking for a restaurant near the Pantages for dinner before the show. We live in the SGV and avoid the Hollywood area because of the weekend traffic. We now have a new destination in Hollywood worthy of the traffic stress. It's off the corner of Sunset & Vine!"

"It's a perfect place to enjoy a wonderful Italian dinner before or after a show at the Pantages. You can valet your car and keep it safe for you while you enjoy the show and dinner. You just walk 2 blocks the Pantages. The food is great. They receently made some updates to the inside and I make it a tradition to go here before or after the Pantages. Great place!"

"Our servers were excellent. Very prompt and attentive. However, the food was not up to par. The soup wasn't even warm and not seasoned well at all. The bread was hard. The pasta wasn't cooked through and it was very, very bland and was barely warm. I was surprised because this restaurant had received good reviews. Maybe it was an off night but for the entire meal to be so bad... I might try it again just to be sure it's not usually that bad but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone until I checked it out for sure. Again, the wait staff was EXCELLENT! The only good part of the evening."

"One of the worst dining experiences I've had. Granted it was busy because valentines day, but we ended being there for 3 hours. After main course ordered, it took 65 minutes to get food (after we spoke to the manager. Food was terrible (risotto was undercooked) but the device was the worst... no drink refills, and when we complained, manager berated our waiter in front of us, who in turn said told the manager we didn't ask for refills.... never again, unfortunately."

"Being that it was Valentine's Day and traffic was terrible in Hollywood, the restaurant still honored our reservations, despite the fact we were 20 minutes late! We were even seated immediately too. The food was excellent, the wine was delicious and the dessert was to die for. The only issue I had was with the service. We had a reservation to catch, and were up front about our time constraint, but it took awhile to have our order taken, food and drinks to be delivered and the check to be brought. Due to this, we ended up missing our reservation unfortunately. I will chalk up the service to it being a busy holiday and a crowded restaurant. Regardless though, I would highly recommend this restaurant for the food and ambiance!"
