"In general
Vino's is a nice place. The food is basically just above average. The wait staff needs to be trained a bit better. However the exception is Haiden. He is outstanding! The netire female staff need to be retrained.
At all times the customer should see the final bill. Even if the customer brought in a casino Comp. I wanted to see how much of the comp was used and weather my coupon was applied

"Vino's Italian Resaurant in the Cannery casino was an unexpected delight. The service was excellent and the food was as good as any in the strip expensive casino's at a more reasonable price. Everything was excellent. I would eat there again in a heartbeat! Great food, great service, wonderful atmosphere."

"The food was good but should have at least included a salad with the dinner. The waitress never asked if we wanted one. She appeared to be very busy. Asked her for two cups of coffee after dinner. She brought only one. We had two desserts. One tiramisu and canoli. The canoli was large (there were two). After a large dinner one would have been enough. When I told her I asked for just one she was a little short and said "that's the way they come". I could only eat one and left the other. She never returned to offer us a coffee refill.
I would return but would hope for better service."

"We were dis-appointed. Our other visits were great but this time, the food service was slow, the food was either under-cooked or poorly cooked and the hot bubbling sauce on top of it did nothing to warm the pasta under it."

"The hostess was super, she gave us a few ideas as to what she felt was good to eat. The waitress was great, everyone was very friendly and happy.

"My husband and I went for my birthday. Normally, we wouldn't try a new restaurant for a special occassion, but I decided to take the plunge, especially for Italian food. We agreed that we would go back to Vino's! The food was great, the prices were what we expected and the location is less than 2 miles from our home. We made reservations for 5:30 on Friday and we were the youngest couple there, but the atmosphere was perfect for us."

"As always, our experience at Vino's was outstanding. There were 8 of us and we all raved about our dinners (lasagna, chicken piccata, eggplant parmesan, pollo lemone, stuffed pork shells). We were there for a birthday celebration and got a slice of chocolate cake that was to die for. Eight of us could not finish it... YUM.
Our server, Rachel, is always all smile, she remembers us and treats us like family. We love eating here."
