Between the Dry Creek and Alexander valleys lies the welcome surprise of this authentic Italian tavern. With a cozy fireplace in winter, and a charming vine-covered patio in summer and fall, Santi is a restaurant for all seasons. The extensive wine list—with many hard-to-find local and Italian wines—complement chefs Dino Bugica and Liza Hinman's timeless, fresh, award-winning menu. "A full evaluation isn't really relevant at this point, as the restaurant is closing on New Year's Eve. It will reopen, probably in March, in Santa Rosa. It is a place to watch; if it remains as good in Santa Rosa as it has been in Geyserville, it will be a great addition to the local dining scene."

"We enjoyed a relaxing evening out. The service was excellent. It got busy in there, and our server didn't seem flustered a bit (he was the only server there). We order the Spagatini Al Sugo Calabrese...it was delicious. We got a side salad that was lightly dressed and the greens were flavorful and fresh. Dinner is served with crusty bread and butter. Olive oil would have been a nice option. Looking forward to their new space in Santa Rosa."
