There is no mistaking the heart of the restaurant when you walk in the doors. Our wood burning oven stands proud. A promise of good things to come. Using fruit-wood we are able to keep the oven at temperatures upwards of 712 degrees. This temperature is optimal for creating the perfect pizza. That heat combined with the best flour in the country give us the foundation on which we build beautiful pizzas. Local farmers & producers help us with the finishing touches. Thoughtfully prepared appetizers, salads, & desserts plus panini on housemade ciabatta are all part of a constantly changing menu. Of course, this is all apparent the moment you sit down & start to eat.

"This is one of our very favorite restaurants. We were visiting from out of country, and this is the first place we went to meet some friends. It didn't dissapoint at all. Their salads, pizzas, and desserts were all fabulous."

"We love Pizseria's food, but consistently have problems with the service there. We are "regulars" there and eat there at least twice a month. Rarely do we have what I consider "great" service. It is usully fair to poor. Once they get a good serve staff they turn over.... The ONLY reason we continue to return is the great food. This past time, we made a reservation two days prior on open table. A few hours before Pizzeria called to confirm our reservation. When we arrived, they told us there was a glitch in the computer and there were no tables available??? After explaining how this could be after someone could have called and confirmed etc. they were able to find us a table. And thankfully the service was very good this time."

"I absolutely love this place! Not only is the food great but the atmosphere is so laid back and wonderful. I feel calm and collected every time I go there. I couldn't help but feel super proud for picking out a great spot for our prom date because all my friends were super excited to be there and to eat all the wonderful food. There's great taste in art, music, and food, and I'm happy to go back whenever possible."

"The place is small with a trendy vibe. The food is tasty and the menu more urban than most eateries in Utah valley. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. Some in our group felt intimidated by the menu: we didn't know half the terms. But the waiter was helpful and not snooty about explaining. We all loved the short rib appetizer. The pizzas were wonderful, especially the thin perfectly baked crust and the fresh, simple, clean tastes of the toppings. My favorite was the speck. The bread pudding dessert was truly special, though some preferred the apple crisp. I will definitely eat here again if we're in town."

"I love this food, it's incredible. I was a little disappointed that even though I mentioned during the reservation process, that I was bringing a baby in an infant carrier, the table we were seated at had literally no room for the baby. In fact the family sitting next to us, couldn't even get out unless I moved my baby. Limited space is my only complaint with this restaurant. It's quiet and nice, but the tables are too close together for comfort. I'll continue to recommend this restaurant though."

"My Husband and I love this place! The food is good year round but the menu changes according with what is in season and it is even better in the spring summer and fall. There really wasn't anything new and exciting on the menu this time. (I loved the squash pizza we had last time we went) But it was still delicious and never disappointing. Also make sure you make reservation or you won't get in because they treat you like a person with plans for dinner not cattle to be herded through as quickly as possible."

"While the pizza was very good, what we enjoyed most were the interesting appetizers. The brussels sprouts were divine! The service is fantastic. It is a bit noisy, but I suppose that's all part of the ambience. If you sit on the banquette, you are very close to your neighbors and the tables are fairly small. But I'd take anything for more of those brussels sprouts."

"The food and atmosphere were perfect, as always. However, with a 7pm reservation, we were not seated until 7:25 with several groups being seated before us with not explanation. Two two-top tables were vacant for at least 20 minutes while we waited. We arrived during a rush, so the host was understandably overworked, but being seated nearly a half hour after a reservation invalidated our reservation and the host's lack of communication or customer service during the wait was less than professional."
