Led by Executive chef Richard Kennedy, our team of experienced chefs has created a seasonal rustic American menu focused on comfort foods with simple presentations, utilizing local ingredients and the latest culinary techniques.
In the months of January and February 2013 the Dining Room will be undergoing a one million dollar renovation which will completely transform the restaurant. Be on the lookout for more information on the experience and menu in the upcoming weeks. During this time the hotel will continue to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Madison Room, a banquet room located on the lobby level. Additionally, our weekly Sunday Brunch will be unavailable in its traditional form. During the renovation, come enjoy our new al la carte Sunday Brunch which will be served until 2pm each Sunday. "This once high ambition restaurant has become a scaled-back hotel coffee shop with better food and high prices. The menu is very limited, and all sides are extra a la a New York steakhouse. The food was OK but not special enough to justify the price tag."

"This is the fourth year that we have gone to the Easter brunch and it was the least pleasant. First of all for a buffet, you can't seat 100 people all at the same time! It was a mad rush and they simply couldn't keep up with the flow. The wait for waffles and omelette station was excessive. The coffee was cold as was the water for my tea. We had a total of 18 glasses and cups on our table at one point. I also feel that if you are paying almost $70 per person it would be nicer to have your food served to you white glove style rather than allowing everyone to touch all the handles which inadvertently wind up touching the food. Not sure if we will be back."

"The dining room opened after a complete renovation. The room is contemporary, done in greys, blacks and comfortable white chairs. The menu was varied, however the entree portions are moderate size. You definitely need to have an appetizer. I would rate the food as good to very good. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating to special requests. I would definitely go back again."
