"I've been here many times and I've never been disappointed. My favorite is the tri tip, but I hear the ribs are good. This visit I had the chicken with tri tip, and usually the chicken is to die for... but this visit, the chicken was dry and chewy. Still tasty but I had to drown it in BBQ sauce, and it wasn't the same. I'll be back, but maybe next time ask for dark meat? Well, tri tip was still great.

"The ribs are excellent, and the reason I would come back! The tri-tip is very good. The brisket is too saucy and fatty. Sides are not that great; the french fries and mashed sweet potatoes are probably the two best choices. Service here is pretty good."

"I was looking for a good place to eat in Long Beach (specifically in Naples) and I found this barbeque restaurant in Naples. The food wasn't the best barbeque I ever had but it was good. I like the fact that they put some barbeque on the side, so you can decide how much barbeque sauce you want on your ribs or chicken. They have a bar, where there is a fairly big screen TV, and another TV by the entrance. I was able to watch the LA KIngs game from there were I was seated, but people would get in the way of my view, because they were coming from outside so they could be seated. They should probably place the TV in the eating area, so more people could actually watch it. The place is on the small side, but looks good. Service was also good."

"I have frequented Naples Rib Company over the past several years and they are consistently a great place to eat. While best town for their ribs, their prime rib is one of the best in town at half the price. Great food, great bargain and a comfortable "homey" feel."

"My husband loves ribs, so we decided to take him here since we had never been before. We went on a Friday night and made reservations. The parking is valet since parking in this area is at a premium, but it is complimentary. Seating and service were prompt and we were given plenty of time to peruse the menu with help from our server Elmer. The food was very good, we all had ribs. The portions were generous and we had enough left over for lunch the next day...yum! Our server even brought out a B-Day sundae for my husband since we mentioned it was his B-Day along with forks for sharing. We will definitely go again."

"The Beef Ribs were burnt and meatless...Don't Understand How the Chef Can Send Food this Bad Out Of His Kitchen. The Waiter Did Discounr The Meal. However,It Was Not A Good food Experience."

"Really liked this place! One dinner fed two of us. Plenty of ribs, cornbread, sweet potato mashies, and bar-be-que beans - and love those hot towels! We'll be back."

"Overall the experience and the meal was OK. The server (Erin) was great! Charming and engaging. First came the Corn Bread. This seemed to have been made with a corn meal mixture. They could have added some real corn to the mix and increased the flavor, or even made a true corn bread. It wasn't bad, but not that great either. I had the Beef Ribs. They were nothing special, I feel I could have gotten the same or better ribs at Lucille's (BBQ Chain Restaurant). The Ribs were not tough and the sauce was OK. Had the Macaroni and Cheese as a side dish. This was thick and cheesy, though I did need to add black pepper for flavor. Other side was the mashed sweet potatoes. These were great!! Might return, but no passion to do so..."

"Food is always fantastic, but service can be spotty. In this visit, our service (starting from the hostess station) was lousy. The food was its saving grace."

"My wife and I came for the first time in awhile on a gift certificate. Food was excellent and tons of it. Service was very good. Only complaint (small one) was that we had a reservation and, even though it was a Saturday night, we had to wait 30 minutes. And there were just two of us. Still, it was worth the wait."

"The baby back ribs, described by our server as "fall off the bone" ribs were not that way at all. They seemed to be overcooked (or not properly precooked) and were dry and chewy. The BBQ chicken was very good. The brick of onions was large and was more than enough to serve the 3 of us but the flavor was lackluster. Based on the reviews I was expecting great ribs but these were just OK."

"Their ribs are absolutely the best ever. My eyes were bigger than my stomach, resulting in left overs. I couldn't wait for lunch the next day...so I had them for breakfast. MMMMMmmmmGoooood."

"We were generally disappointed with the food. For sure skip the Mac and Cheese. The service was odd. All the waiters were rushing around and little attention was given to the tables. We waited quite a while for our drinks, but perhaps the bar was busy. Normally we order wine with dinner but the waiter never returned to take our wine order."

"Atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Staffs members we interacted with were attentive and helpful. Complimentary valet parking and Valentine photo card were a lovely touch. Amount and selection of food we got for the money we paid was a great value. We ordered the prime rib and ribs dinner, split option with an additional orders of tri tip and chili. For our two sides, we chose the garlic mashed potatoes and coleslaw. While the cornbread was dry and the chili a little salty, slathering honey blended butter on the cornbread then topping it off with chili made it delicious. Prime rib, tri tip and ribs were tender, aus jous was tasty, corn was firm and sweet, mashed potatoes creamy, coleslaw was not too sweet, and pineapple was fresh."

"Naples has amazing ribs! I'd skip the spinage artichoke dip and just go with the onion loaf next time. Free vale parking. Service was great! Cool environment. My wife and I were on a date and they can by to take a complimentary picture which we received before we left. Overall great experience."

"Outstanding BBQ, great quality, great service. Very flexible, will mix and match your order any way you want it. Only one problem-- lots of sugar in the BBQ sauce, not for carb-conscious folks."

"We went there with a LivingSocial coupon purchased to celebrate a friend's birthday. I noted that in the reservation that it was for a birthday. The server was kind enough to bring a chocolate cake at the end of our meal to help celebrate. That is greatly appreciated.
My friend and I both ordered a combo meal - prime rib and ribs for me; ribs and shrimp for my friend. In addition, we ordered a combo appetizer to start. Let's just say we were swimming in food. The portions were large and we were able to have left-overs.
The service was very good - our server took care of us. We had a 6 pm reservation and by the time we left, the restaurant was really busy and happening."

"The food was fantastic but even with reservations we had a thirty minute wait. Our waitress was attentive by asking if we needed something but constantly forgot to bring the items until we flagged her down and re-asked. This included bringing us another parties bill."
