"We took a friend to lunch at Out of the Fire today to celebrate her 40th bday. It was the perfect celebration. Heather, our server, was phenomenal - she was funny, friendly, attentive and anticipated our every need. The food was incredible, cocktails were delicious and the service was among the best I've ever received. We all have a fabulous time and can't wait to go back."

"Went for our anniversary and found the food and service to be exceptional. Our waitress, Ashley, did a fantastic job and we even had a visit from one of our previous servers, Scotti, who spent a few minutes with us. Mussels, Caeser salad, speciality pizza and dessert were all loaded with flavor and delivered in a timely fashion. Keep up the good work and you'll always have our business."

"Your online reservation system showed a touch of genius as someone actually thought about the user. It was easy and best of all I got a reply in a timely fashion. Even better a friendly reminder came in, most appropriately, the morning of the day before. While I had placed a note on my calendars the timely reminder came me an opportunity to address any of my shortcomings. Thanks.
Dinner was excellent. Any negative comments would only be from a foodie which are too insignificant.
Now the only problem is when can I return? Soon."

"Had lunch during Restaurant Week. Food was good with very good service. Deserts were the hit of the meal, don't miss the fudge brownie with chocolate ice cream and rich chocolate sauce. For my entree I had the oyster pot pie, essentially a chicken pot pie with oysters instead of chicken. I didn't think it worked too well. I want to try it for dinner sometime as that may be the best test for their cuisine."

"Overall, an excellent experience. Our waitress, Scotti, was a joy to talk to. She knew the menu well, made great suggestions and checked on us often. Certainly someone you would want joining you on your first time at an establishment. I would highly recommend the Caeser salad with white anchovies. The lettuce was fresh accompanied by a generous helping of parmesan and topped with an excellent dressing. Entrees were tasty as well."

"What an amazing place. My girlfriend and I have been twice... The first time the owner did the typical "is everything ok" (it more than was)... And the second time she stopped by and said, to our surprise, "You're back"... and then we had a near 20 minute conversation... She is a delightful person and made the evening that much more enjoyable. The food is incredible and they go out of their way to accomodate special requests. That this restaurant is in little Easton, Maryland is amazing - this is a restauarant that would thrive anywhere - say New York City. You simply will have an outstanding time at Out of the Fire!"

"Even though we don't get here as often as I'd like this is my favorite restaurant in Easton. I could happily live on the mezze plate alone for days on end, it is THAT good. That and the crispy polenta are my favorite dishes at OTF. My husband who is more of a meat eater loves dining here, too. Their Mission Statement says it all. Don't hesitate to try this wonderful, thoughtful restaurant."

"We had a wonderful dinner at Out of the Fire. We had eaten excellent lunches there before and were happy to see that the dinner menu was also great. One of us had the oyster pot pie and the other the char--a salmon-like fish with a great side dish, and both of our dinners were wonderful. They offer a good selection of wines, beers and cocktails. The ambiance is intimate and romantic. The service was fine. It is a very popular local spot."
