"As always, the oysters Rockefeller is exquisite! Tried the ranch jalepeno shrim this time as well. Good flavor, but they were served cold (not stated on menu). I think they would've been better steamed. Fish of the day was a pan seared halibut, Which was awesome! Wish we had ordered 2 of them. Maybe next time. Service always great!"

"The service was outstanding. Highly recommend the tenderloin. It was nice to sit at a table and hold a conversation without straining to hear. Great place to relax."

"There was a little wait when we arrived, and we thought we were gonna have to seat ourselves. I guess the time/day we arrived, they were not busy at that time. The service though, definitely made up for it. The wife saw "Oysters Rockefeller" on the menu, so that pretty much sold it for her, since it had been years since she had it (and my first time). It was exquisite, and like nothing I ever tasted before. It was nothing like growing up eating raw oysters and "hot sauce!" The presentation of dinner was well received, but my dinner (goat cheese crusted chicken) was a little bland. My wife enjoyed her steak, and the red velvet cake had a different twist to it, but good."

"The food was not good. The chicken tortilla soup broth was over powering with beef bullion taste. The crab cakes were burned. Not a pleasant experience."

"We decided to have a romantic dinner and chose Michaels because of their reputation for great food. I have never eaten there before but have visited the bar which is fantastic. The food was very good but the service was very poor. We waited for a good 10 minutes until we even were greeted and given water. We never received bread with our meals and my wife's water glass was empty for the last half of dinner. It did appear that the table beside ours got great service but ours was not."

"Service was very slow even though we pointed out to our waiter that we had theatre tickets. We allowed plenty of time so that we could enjoy our meal and conversation but we still had to remind waiter and just made it to the show. Our drinks from the bar were very good. The baked crab cakes looked more like meatballs and were not what we expected."

"I took my wife to lunch on Valentine's Day so that we could celebrate our relationship, while missing out on the perennially bad service that accompanies dinner on that day. Well, good intentions met with very S L O W service. I'll write it off to the staff preparing for that evening's crowd. The food was great (so much so that we will come back again)."

"This was our first visit to Michaels Cuisine. It was a set menu for Valentine's Day weekend and they had a nice selection of items. The food as very tasty and we'll be back for more.
The service got off to a very slow start. Slow enough that we were thinking about leaving, things improved and as we started eating our very tasty food it was mostly forgotten. That was until the bill came and they had included a 20% service tip due the the special holiday. I was feeling better about the night but not 20% worth.
On the way out we met the owner, Michael. Seemed like a nice guy and glad that we had come for dinner."
