"I'd like to see more options on the menu. I'm a pretty picky eater so when I looked at the menu for Mother's Day it was NOT like the regular menu I saw online. I was very disappointed by that. I had to order something I have never had before and wish for the best. Luckily, it was good."

"This is one of Jersey shore's interesting restaurant. The view was great and the service people were the pride of Jersey's shore. The place was so packed last Mother's day and yet the staff remained calm and stayed very friendly. They tried to accommodate all the guests as soon as possible to make your dining experience stress free."

"Having drinks looking over at Sandy Hook the view was majestic! The food was good but our waitress did not know a lot about the menu. We asked her about one of the dishes and her answer was I never had that one. Other wise she was fine and came to our table to make sure we did need anything also she came back to find out how the grouper since she had never had it. Both our meals were delicious. I had the scallops they were good but the description on the menu was not what I thought it was gonna be. It was good anyway. The fish is fresh!"

"It is THE spot in the highlands for sitting, if not out, but right on the bay. Food was tasty but nothing to rave about. Example: my lobster roll, if it had lobster in it, was skimpy and you couldn't tell for sure if it was indeed lobster meat
We were there on a busy, beautiful spring day. Not enough servers on, which just made the place busier. The bar was chaos with the lady bartender serving drinks, food, and delivering to the patio overlooking the parking lot. Guess this made her a bit " cranky".

"Had lunch on a beautiful spring day. Bahrs is certainly in a pretty spot. The restaurant wasn't busy but it took over 45 minutes to get our food. Food was ok, nothing special. Probably wouldn't rush back, too many other places to try."

"Bahrs Landing has great seafood...if you are not a seafood lover, there are plenty of other entrees to choice from. While waiting for your food, have a cocktail and enjoy the view of Sandy Hook...After dinner, have a specially brewed coffee and a fantastic chocolate parfait. My waiter was very knowledgeable and a fun person...Bahrs is one of the best restaurants in the Sandy Hook area."

"The entrees were ok. The lobster bisque tasted like it came out of a can and was sitting for hours. There was sand in the scallops. The service was excellent but there were only 2 tables seated including us. I wouldn't go back."
