"The service at Gigi's was awesome. The atmosphere was great. The restaurant was very clean and pleasant. However, the food was less than mediocre. It was all presented very nicely, but for the price of the buffett, it was just not that good. My son came from California for Mother's Day and wanted to take us out. I picked Gigi's because we had been there before and had enjoyed the food. The lettuce on the salad bar was down to the water in the bottom of the bowl. The fruit ambrosia salad was watery. Most of the other foods just tasted very bland. The macaroni and cheese was dried out and tasteless. The roast beef was too tough to even cut. My son, who is somewhat of a foodie, was very disappointed. We will not go back."

"Love this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. The food is always fresh and hot. They have the best seafood in town. They have gone up on the prices over the years. You will get your money's worth."

"I took my teenage boys to the seafood buffet. It's been a long time since we've been there and it was very good. The crab legs were fantastic. The staff were very helpful, and the food was very fresh for the most part. Lots of fun with a small group."

"We always enjoy Gigi's. We go for the Sunday brunch and have enjoyed it every time. As soon as you enter you are made to feel very welcomed. The dining area is always very clean and very attractive, we especially enjoy sitting with a view of the grounds and pool. The food is always very good and you cannot beat the price for the many different selections offered. We enjoy taking guests to Gigi's because it is always quiet and you can easily hear one another's conversation. This past Sunday we treated our son and his family to the Easter Buffet and everyone left very satisfied."

"This was the second time we have eaten at GiGi's. The first time it was very good this time we were disappointed. The cooked veggies were over done & as was the roast beef & Mac & cheese. The salad bar was good. The service was excellent."

"Overall good Easter brunch. Server (Anita) was attentive and friendly. Food was varied and fresh. I do think the price could be a bit lower as it was quite expensive for large families. ($28.95) or perhaps put the coffee and tea as included in the buffet."

Review 10 for Gigi's Restaurant at Ramada Mandarin
"I thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit to Gigi's. I appreciate the variety of foods from which to select, as well as the quantity and quality of the foods that were prepared. While the restaurant was full, I only waited for approximately two minutes to be seated. Everyone of the staff was courteous and polite. This is my second visit to Gigi's, which leaves no doubt in my mind that I will return for future visits."

Review 12 for Gigi's Restaurant at Ramada Mandarin
"I have always heard great things about this restaurant and so I decided to finally try it out last Friday. 3/15/2013. & I was blown away!! $130 wasted on the driest crablegs and toughest prime rib ive ever had. :( I was soooo disapointed, The kindness and generosity of the staff didnt even make up for the dry crusty stuffed flounder....If someone asked me, the food quality is that of any low grade chinese buffet."

Review 13 for Gigi's Restaurant at Ramada Mandarin
"Most of the food wasn't hot enough. Noticed that the sausage entree was cool too touch and not at the recommended temperature. The clam chowder should have been called "Salt" Chowder since that was the dominating flavor. I couldn't eat it. I teaspoon was 10 peoples daily recommended daily allowance."

Review 14 for Gigi's Restaurant at Ramada Mandarin
"This place was horrible! If it wasn't for the salad bar I wouldn't have ate anything. The crab legs were rubbery and after forcing myself to try one I threw the rest of them away. I had to ask for the meat carver to come out to the carving station. The prime rib was compleatly tasteless, had to cover the meat with horseradish just to get any flavor. A total waste of money and time."
