"Had a surprise 60th birthday dinner for my dad in one of their small rooms. The round table was a great way to make sure everyone could be part of the conversation. Mark was our server and did a superior job!! Every wish was granted. Food was presented beautifully and tasted even better!"

"As usual, the staff at Capital Grilel made our visit special. A beautiful table setting was waiting for us when we arrived, and everything that followed was just as wonderful. The steaks were prepared just as ordered and a pleasant conversation with the manager resulted in a very good bottle of wine that paired nicely with both meals. A lovely assortment of desserts completed a lovely evening. The Captial Grille is our go-to for any special occassion and has never disappointed."

"I returned to the Capitial Grill for my husband 's birthday. We made a reservation but was told because we did not indicate that we wanted a booth at that time there were not any booths available. When we were seated our waiter was professional but not friendly. He was not very attentive and spent most of evening talking to the customers at the next table. The food was fair and the potatoe dish was not good and had to be returned. The waiter never came back to see how we were doing. I had to ask about the birthday we were celebrating. In short this was not a memorable evening. I will not be returning any time soon.."

"Food and service at this Capital Grille remains consistently fantastic. Took my sister out for Mothers' Day and my family simply couldn't believe what an amazing meal we experienced. Wagu appetizer is worth eating once a week... and the butter poached lobster has come up in recent conversations. Only "miss" was the lobster mac & cheese... seemed to think it had chunks of lobster mixed in with the pasta. But it won't prohibit my/ourreturn. Looking forward to the next visit..

"We went for a birthday celebration and was seated in the middle of heavy traffic flow. Asked to be switched and the hostess was very rude. We ended up sitting in the bar area region which was fine. The manager came out and said he could move us but we had already ordered drinks and appetizers. My lamb chops came out well done and had ordered it med rare. The new order came out med rare with quite a bit of fat and very little meat. So disappointed. The waitress was exceptional (sandy).
I have been to Capital Grille on numerous occasions and have always been pleases with both service and meal.

"I have always had wonderful steaks at Capital Grille, but this time both myself and my husband were disappointed. We were celebrating our 38th Anniversary and I noted that on the reservation. We did not get any acknowledgment. I will go back because of past experiences. We didn't want to ruin our night by complaining. Hope the next time is better. one good note - our waiter was very personable and made us feel welcome."

"This restaraunt has an excellent selection of food and will customize to your liking. The price was a little much. For two entrees, a side dish, and two drinks it was well over $130. You can get the same delicious food at many other places for half the price. Even Fogo de Chao next door has around the same price, but a TON more food."

"A little pricey, but the food and atmosphere are worth it. Wonderful soft crab, prepared the way it should be: no coating or batter, just a little flour and butter -- pure crab taste. Excellent service from our waitress. We were there early, and the atmosphere was great; as the restaurant filled up, however, it becomes increasingly difficult to hear, mainly because the tables are very close together."

"We recently dined at Capital Grille to celebrate our daughter's 22nd birthday. Everything we experienced was first rate, from the valet parking to the meal itself. Our excellent server, Kevin DeMarr, offered great suggestions for the wine and the entrees. We had salmon, rack of lamb and soft shelled crabs. All were succulent, especially the crabs - the best I ever had. Kevin even surprised our daughter itch a very special dessert. This was our first time dining at Capital Grille. It will not be our last."

"We were celebrating my son's birthday. Food & service were outstanding except for the appetizer. Oysters on the 1/2 shell were extremely small. I should have refused them but didn't. Most fine restaurants offer 6 oysters. Capital Grill offers 4 & charges for extras. Over priced for these tiny oysters. All in all, our dining experience was well worth it.

"We had fantastic service at the Capital Grille. I had the porterhouse au poivre and my fiancee had the lamb with the Kona rub. Between the two I'd definitely say my fiancee had the better off the two dishes. In the future I think I might get the Kona rub on any future dish I may order. I had a glass of the Fisher Cabernet which was absolutely fantastic. My fiancee had the Mark West pinot noire which tasted much better than a $9 glass has any business tasting. for dessert we shared a homemade cheese cake they had which was out of this world. The ambient noise from the kitchen got a little distracting at times but overall it was a very enjoyable evening."

"We went for Easter Brunch. It was a pre- fix menu and the choices were just okay. The server brought me something different then what I ordered. I had to wait patiently with only a apology from the server wait until my selection was served.
I thought the menu was pricey for what they offered for brunch and the service was mediocre. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat but since my latest visit did not impress me, I am not in a hurry to visit anytime soon."

"CG, is located right down the street from my house. Situated across the street from Inner Harbor. I have often passed it by. Well in Baltimore, I decided to have dinner here with a cousin. We had a wonderful time. Our waiter Lawrence was terrific and his suggestions we on point. We tried the lump crab cocktail and lobster bisque was savory. For dinner the Cold Shellfish Platter and Lobster and Crab Stuffed Shrimp were amazing."
