Described as NYC most romantic restaurant, Bricco offers you a cozy and quixotic atmosphere where traditional Italian cuisine is expertly prepared for your pleasure.
"I brought my parents here for a pre-theater dinner. The service was less than enthusiastic, the food was either bland or over salted, and the giant table in the center was on top of us and seemed loud even though they were generally a polite crowd. I have been to this place in the past, it has not held up well and was generally disappointing."

"My pasta with eggplant and mozzerella was excellent. Two in our party had the snapper special which they reported was also very good. However, the cornish game hen was overcooked and dry. Unfortunately there was a large group who had a table right in the middle which made it very difficult for the waiter to access our table"

"This is the first time I've seen a child in the restaurant, and there were 4 of them. I was there earlier than normal because of an early curtain. The children weren't too badly behaved, but that is the responsibility of the parents. It is unfortunate when adults are selfish and take their children to restaurants that are inappropriate for them."

"I had a chicken dish that was just superb. My husband had the grouper special that was just awful. It was overcooked and bland. We have been here many times, and this is the first time we had a bad experience."

"We love this charming neighborhood Italian restaurant. Great ambiance, wonderful food, and just a terrific atmosphere. We stop by several times each trip to New York."

"When we arrived -- we had made a pre-theatre reservation for 3 -- we were first rushed to a table for 2. We explained that we expected a third person and where shown to a table directly in front of the kitchen with waiters rushing in and out. We asked for a different table and were eventually shown to one that was much better situated. Service appeared rushed though attentive enough. Food was good, not exceptional. Because of its convenient location I might go there again, but would not make a special trip to dine there."

"I made reservations through OpenTable, and we were seated in the back next to the brick oven with the pizza chef. I don't know if the seating was a function of using OpenTable rather than direct calling. While our table location was not exactly the best, the food is always fabulous. The wait staff was very service oriented. So, our dining experience was great. I've recommended this to those visitors of NYC."
