In the raw sushi features traditional and nouveau sushi, sashimi and nigiri creations in addition to a full menu of cooked cuisine. The menu is the creative and ever-evolving centerpiece of the multi-sensory dining experience for which in the raw sushi has become known. "My friend and I came in for the first time last weekend. The service was very friendly and the food was excellent! We ordered several rolls, including the Nirvana Roll. This was perfectly named, it was absolutely heavenly! The Ahi Tuna Nachos were absolutely delicious as well. Not overly impressed with the dessert, Gateau, but it was okay. I am looking forward to bringing my husband soon!"

"THis our first time to dine at In The Raw and we were not disappointed. We had not been to a sushe restaurant before and our waiter was excellent he made outstanding recommendatins and gave us a full description of what our choices were. We will be back again"

Lauren was a superb waitress and incredibly attentive.
All the food exceeded our expectations, as they made special rolls for the NBA playoffs.

"First of all I think it's a disgrace when a Sushi restaurant cannot offer Green Tea. Other tea are just not the same. If you want bad tempura type sushi come here. Disappointed."

"Not on par with their Tulsa counterparts. Service was slow & tables & chairs were worn. It needed touch paint or better yet completely repainted.
Music played was too loud & not appropriate for dining - it didn't the experience enjoyable. Wait staff was slow & inattentive; maybe the restaurant was short-staffed."
