"My only complaint is that they clearly didn't read the comment/note in my reservation that specified we would need a table, not a booth, since we had our 10 month twins with us and needed high chairs. The hostess said our "booth" was ready and when I said we needed a table, she seemed annoyed and told me that the car seats would fit in the booth. I said, well, we need high chairs for them, so we needed a table. We ended up with one in a high chair and one asleep in the car seat in a sling.
Otherwise, the service from the waiter was great, despite him being busy in his section. The food was good, as always, the pom-berry cosmos were really yummy, and the carrot cake was so good (but could always use more frosting!)."

"The Rock Bottom Brewery is a must on the to-do list in Indy. The beer is fantastic and the menu has a wide variety of food choices. This is not a standard issue pub-style dining experience. We really enjoyed ourselves and would go back every time we visit Indy! A big thank you to the Rock Bottom Brewery for a wonderful night out!!"

"Rock Bottom, as always, was a first class dining experience with terrific ambiance. I went there on a first "official" date with a very special woman and we had a wonderful evening. The food was amazing and the servers were very friendly. The hostess however left something to be desired though, but that is being nit-picky on my part. The restaurant was clean and the server was there the minute we sat down and was there all night even though he was training a new-hire. This has been one of my favorite restaurants in the past and I saw no reason to change that anytime soon."

"Poor service at the hands of Andrew, who failed to bring the right dish for my table mate, who happens to be the Indianapolis' Controller. When my friend pointed out the misstep, Andrew never apologized and, instead, debated him on what he had actually ordered. His only solution was to ask him if he wanted to see a menu again."

"The beer was outstanding but the food was only good. The bacon, barbacue cheeseburger only had the slightist hit of BBQ sauce and flavor. The turkey burger fell apart easily. "Our waiter Kyle was very kind although he forgot about us a few times. He took our order by memory which caused him to totally forget our appetizer. Refills on iced tea were slow but luckily we weren't that thirsty. He did gain a few points back by giving my hubby a free dessert for his bday. In short, I'd visit again if I'm in the Indy area again."

"The reason I gave a poor review was because tree out of four of us ordered a miller lite and the response we got from our waitress was "we do not carry miller lite, we are our own brewery". So we ordered the beer closest to a lite beer. Come to find out the table right behind us had also ordered a miller lite apparently because they had one on there table! When we confronted our waitress she said " she wanted us to broaden our horizons!" That's B.S!"

"For some reason this weeknight had attracted several groups, primarily of men, at tables for 10 or more. But I'll have to hand it to our waiter, who did a nice job of helping our little group of 4 while attending to these others. It did slow things down (when he had to take 12 food orders, etc) and unfortunately groups tend to be noisy. But we still enjoyed our visit, just not as much as in previous times."

"We tried the steak part menu of the Devour Indy. It said it came with fries but we were glad it didn't. It came with mashed potatoes and green beans that were seasoned like no other! All the food was great.I picked this restaurant for a lunch date for the wife and I. It was a success and she said we will definately be back."
