"I truly enjoyed the Black and Blue Pork Tenderloins. The risotto special with seasonal asparagus was also very good. My husband had the tortellini with chicken. He liked it very much. We shared the mussels- Thai style. They had just the right amount of heat."

"Brought an extra diner this time and she enjoyed this restaurant as well. Excellent service again. Food was amazing. Had the veal sambitoca (2 diners) and the scallops & tortellini- all were excellent. Also had the mussels as appetizer, it was a special today. Very tasty. The peanut butter pie was also very good, not too sweet. Makes for a great ending to ski day."

"A welcoming and innovative Italian restaurant in Wilton, ME (close to Farmington). Service was attentive and speedy (we had tight timing that we conveyed on arrival). Very attractive main dining room. Unusual, but delicious, Mediteranean salad is highly recommended as a starter--featuring spinach, olives, sharp italian cheese, tomatoes and peppers with dressing on side. All food was nicely presented. Two pasta dishes were great--including lobster cappellini, which had a generous amount of lobster. Chicken marsala had delicious flavor, but the chicken breast was disappointingly tough. We didn't have time for dessert, but the overall experience was great."

Tonight, while visiting Farmington, we had dinner at Calzolaio Pasta Co. in Wilton, ME. The food was amazing! We started with a great drink; we were treated to warm bread with herbed olive oil; then we split an antipasto; followed by a bruschetta pizza and chicken Milanese, our entrees. (I made a special request and it was accommodated, graciously…) The service was great; we were warmly acknowledged as we entered and exited; and our server was attentive and sincere. The atmosphere was warm and inviting; there is a lot of attention to detail."

"We so enjoyed our recent dinner at your restaurant. Our server Bill was thoughtful, with our three year old, knowledgeable of the wine list and accommodating with our varied food choices. The chef knocked it out of the park with his luscious smoked salmon alfredo dish. The pork chop was scrumptious and so tender and thick, we all had to try it. Also the chef made a special risotto with lemon that was outstanding. A personal large garden salad topped with fresh sauteed mushrooms was a winner. We appreciate the special care. Thank-you, Gerry"

"Excellent food and very friendly attentive service. We had the saltiboca veal and the linguine with meatballs. Both meals were very tasty. Also we had calamari which was fresh, lightly floured and had a very good side of sauce. We will definitely recommend this restaurant. We will definitely make the time to stop by again during our ski vacation."
