Welcome to Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant in North Wales, where you'll find fresh handcrafted beers, creative yet informal New American Cuisine and friendly and attentive service in a casual, upscale atmosphere. We've been voted Best Brewpub by Philadelphia magazine and Best Brewery/Restaurant by the readers of Main Line Today.
Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is a non-smoking environment, with smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas only, however cigar & pipe smoking is prohibited. Reservations & "Call Aheads" are accepted for lunch & dinner seven days a week. We accept all major credit cards & are handicapped accessible.

"I honestly rather have eaten somewhere else the food was mediocre . I was expecting a lot more but it just ended up to be a boring meal. I now wish I took my mom to the Olive Garden across the street for Mother's Day ! I probably will never go back to the iron hill brewery."

"This was my second time dinning at this location the service was great the steak with lump crab meat mash potatoes was very good. We had cheese cake for dessert the portion was very small but good. Nice place to dine."

"My wife has Celiac disease and it is no joke. She has a bad alergic reaction to wheat so we have to be really careful. We went to Iron Hill because they offer a good gluten-free menu. She attempted to order Guacamole and Chips which are usually gluten-free and the staff explained that the chips are made in a fryer that is shared with breaded items. It is nice when the staff is trained to know those details because they are important. They accomodated her by providing vegetables which was actually preferable to the chips."

According to "Open Table,"my preferred time slot at 6pm was not available for 2.5 hrs prior or after where.
However,upon arrival I inquired about this because there where several empty tables and bar area was last then ha
lf full. Maybe check on capacity seating with them. We where able to come earlier this time,but this minor issue would have last a sale. The hostess offered to hold off seating us till everyone was able to arrive and havr a cocktail, so it all worked out okay for my hubby, Mike, birthday dinner party with his family!Overall, the experience was very pleasant! The barkeep and servers where efficient, accommodating,and prompt !!"

"Great beer selection - we finally became 'King of the Hill' memebers which if you frequent IHB you can earn points and when you buy a pint at regular prices you get served in a mug which gives you some extra beer.. I'm not a mug drinking beer guy. It's heavy and kind of awkward, but I'll take the extra beer..
We also did take-out this weekend after working long and hard on a home project. I ordered a growler of Vienna Red which was awesome. A growler is ~ 5-pints and when you bring the container back you get $2 off your next growler..
IHB food is good and consistent. I wouldn't call it anything special, but when you come here you know wht you're going to get.."

"Had only been here once before a few years ago. From making the reservation to paying the this was a great experience. We waited about 2 min. for our table, service was great, food was great and the bill not bad for the quality of the food we ordered. Will have to put this on our must go to restaurant list."

"I have eaten at the Iron Hill Brewery several times. The food is always good and the service is always great. They have great microbrews and they make the best fries. The only complaint that I have is that they no longer make brisket pom frites!!!"

"Stick with Beer and Burgers! That's what they do the best. don't venture into the fish. Mexican is okay. Great server who brought me a lot of cranberry juice to go with my club soda and he did not insist I take Perrier. cozy booth for 6."

"I reserved the North Wales location for my boyfriend's surprise party. I notified the restaurant numerous times with my specific (yet simple) instructions: His friends will arrive at exactly 8pm & the table needs to be ready. We will arrive 10 minutes later for our 8:15 reservations for "2 people". I was told that they made a note of this so that my plan can go smoothly.
*The table was NOT ready at 8pm.
*The server at the front was apparently too stupid to understand the instructions given to him & almost blew the entire surprise.
*The food was mediocre at best! Nobody was satisfied with their food.
*They kept asking for our ID's from different waiters.
*It took 15 minutes to get one beer. Pathetic.
